They do deserve and they should hang for what they have done! Killing the baby is not the only case here. Torturing him to dead is. Every single pain that he went through makes the case stronger. It really doesn't matter who killed teh baby at last. None of these things should happen to anybody. they are some sick animals (like sick very sick dog) and they should die to set an example and make sure this does not ahppen to others!

Human's right for the animal who killed her baby and watched him being tortured by an evil that she found as her boy friend? Since when you have a right to torture your baby and then go free after few years with the new identity? Shame on you calling this human right. What about baby P's right? The mother deserve to spend a life in presion more than anybody else. She aws the one who must watch after the little angel!

These people should die in the most horrific manner imagineable. This precious baby was tortured to death by a group of monsters that should have been protecting him. I've read the articles..his grandmother who "cries a river of tears" looking at his picture..his biological father who "loved him more than anything". Why, if they loved this baby so much, didn't they step in and DO something? ANYthing! They are just as guilty in my opinion. And now the courts are protecting the very psychos who made this beautiful child's life a hell on earth. Where is the justice!?? RIP precious little baby..the angels protect you now.

The type of person who would do this to a little baby needs to be watched closely by society once released from prison. They are sociopaths with no feelings who take pleasure in tortuing innocent children and who will likely continue to brutalize innocense until the day they die. The reason their name and indentity is important is because their sentences are not life sentences and because they should never be trusted with children again. Parents in the communities where they will one day be released need to know where and who they are. If not, 15 years from now we will be dealing with another Baby P, tortured and brutalized at the hands of the same men. RIP Baby P. May you have the peace in heaven which you never had on Earth.

"Why does anyone have to know their names?" Becasue this is Britain. These jokers are going to be released in no time with new identities and locations provided. You should know their names, and you should look for their pictures. Peter Connelly's name should never be forgotten, may he rest in peace. And the names Tracey Connelly, Steven Barker and Jason Barker should live on in infamy with their horrifying crimes known to all. They should be given no quarter or peace for the rest of their lives because of what they've done.

I hate to say it but a direct violation of a foreign law on their soil (Newsweek does business in the UK) by an American company consitutes punishment, unfortunately. I'm sure that American kid caned by Singapore officials back in the 90's for vandalism would've like to of used his American status to get out of it, but it was to no avail. Personally I have no desire to see or hear of such evil names. I just hope this anger is channeled into some good so Baby P's pain and anguish is not something forgot about on the side of the road of justice. We need to make sure another Baby P doesn't happen again. It's easy to get angry and apparently even easier to forget.

Tracy Connolly and Steven Barker. May the die the worst deaths. This kid had 8 broken ribs a broken back his left ear lobe was ripped from the side of the head his was missing 6 finger nails and the tip of his left middle finger was cut off.. Tracy laughed has the injuries were read in court saying "she would out by Christmas to do a spot of shopping" I am not one for the death penalty but these two should get it. Maybe someone will get them in prison and match the wounds they did to this bright blue eyed little child.

I find it upsetting that Newsweek decides to somehow protect this scum by withholding their names. The judge's order that their name be withheld is only valid in the U.K. These people committed an unthinkable crime and deserve to be shunned by society, instead of hiding as if they were the victims. It's also unbelievable that these people were being housed for free, so I guess the taxpayers and the government were giving them the royal treatment as if they had done some good deed. I hope that this trash never again sees the light of day ("mother" and boyfriend and the other bloke), and that all the people who stood by and did nothing also get punished. What kind of a doctor refuses to examine a child and report abuse? That child may have lived had she taken action. She should lose her license at the very least, as doctors are meant to help those that are injured and in distress. I wish someone would just take matters in their own hands and torture these bastards like they tortured that poor baby. If they didn't want him, I am sure plenty of families would have been happy to adopt him. Enjoy your stay in hell.
