    ....but think of all the after market jobs created by companies scrambling to market "add-on" battery packs to the iPhone! All that would be lost with a truly efficient slim 'n trim battery. Oh, wait, then that talent could be used elsewhere...DUH!

    Thanks for lightening up my day Fake Steve. We who loved your blog have truly missed our daily Fake Steve fix. Kudos to Newsweek for finally letting Fake Steve come back to amuse us. I'm sorry people, but Real Dan doesn't write thick and clunky nearly as well as he writes sleek and slim; Bokay?

    If Apple could have at least made the battery *removable* alot of the whining might go away. People could just carry an extra bettery when they're on a business trip and swap when needed. ...but alas, an end-user removable battery would take repair/service revenue away from Apple.
