    Isn't it strange that Obama chooses to send his children to a superior private school and then turns around to reject vouchers for middle class families trying to give their chidren the chance to escape the horrendous inner-city schools to which their children are otherwise relegated?

      And of course the real irony of it all is that the DC public schools have been destroyed by decades of secularism, liberalism, and progressivism, all things that Obama supports. He's a smart guy, but I wonder if he gets this? I mean, he must, on some level...

    Michelle made the right choice for her children. If I was her, I would say to the out-of-control DC public school system, "we're black, but, honey, we ain't that black"!

      I bet you think that was funny. Your problem is that the racist in you, and other rcaists like you--that's trying to equate color with intelligence--will always try to use people like the Obamas as the exception to the rule when it comes to smart black people. That's especially funny when so many whites are as stupid as you.

    Thanks for your CHANGE/ You have shown that the NEA is a phony group and that Charter schools/private schools are better and the govt has to offer in DC. Will you be getting vouchers next???

    I think you liberal school teachers that elected Obama should take note that Obama scoffs at your abilities as well as the havoc your union has created in the public school system. Maybe NOW you'll do something about it and do a better job with our kids.
