Mr. Obama has proven himself.

???He has not yet served as president and needs to prove himself first to the American public??? writes Bedenbaugh from Hammond, LA. You are utterly wrong. Mr. Obama has already proven himself to the American public of which you are apparently not part. Coming from a very humble beginning, in a very short time, he managed to convince American public to elect him to be its next President.
I, respectfully, consider that to be a great achievement and a great victory for American people. My party member and my war time military buddy, John McCain, failed to accomplish that. If Mr. Obama is using Abraham Lincoln as his model, I respectfully submit that he could have not chosen
a better model for himself, and again, I applaud him for that. I also believe that had my Viet Nam War hero had done something similar he would have fared much better in the polls. Our present President and my party co-member is not a very suitable model to emulate. Mr. Obama has already proven himself. Now, what Mr. Obama needs is your, my and every American???s, who loves his great Country, encouragement and support to get us out of the terrible mess those ???proven and highly experienced???, created. Hey, Americans, let???s give him a hand!
