Scott66, Leave Brittany alo... I mean, "leave sarah alone" sniff snifff....

I would venture to say that many on this board probably could be a mayor in Alaska and work up to governor if they wanted to go that route. Many probably would not be able to lie straight faced and decieve and talk enough crp to beat her out though. She was really good at all of that. Unfortunetly she didn't show much else to give her any credibility for thinking people not driven by ideology to see her as the leader of this country

I wasn't shtting on Sarah Palin. I was shtting on her supporters that actually thought by golly that she is even close to being ready to lead this country.

As far as her qualifications i respect her for that. I do feel however that she represents much of whatis out of touch and wrong with the GOP. And further I see Alaska as one of the easiest States of any to govern in terms of economy. I don't really care for her fakeness that she derived from the GOP how to be like Ronald Reagan school.

If she was more genuine she may have had a following outside of the GOP base. The fact that they supported her to be a heartbeat away from the presidency shows how low the bar goes in this ideological battle that the base fights.

As far as my Job, IQ and relevance. From what I have seen from Sarah, i posess way more foreign policy knowledge than her, and that is scary because I am a novice. I believe I also have better judgement than her from what she showed. And I am just a lowly project manager that makes a comfortable 6 figure salary.

So, basically, I see many of her supporters as dopes. They are the ones who accept her dog and pony show as something credible, to me it is laughable, and they are too.

HI all, hope your Thanksgiving holiday was a good one.

Where are all of the Palen supporters? This is no fun any more...

I love all the idiots here who sh**t on Sara Palin, not one of you have come close to her level of accomplishment and yet from your tiny little cubicles or counters at Best Buy you condecend, what a joke when the peasents sleep in dung and call the queen a fool, none of you could govern a state or even be Mayor of a small town, she is in the big leagues you people are nothing, yet still you laugh and feel superior, how pathetic, you would not last two seconds in her world, you can dislike or even hate her and her views all you want but to act her better is moronic.

Hello whatisreal?! Good to read you. Hope your TG was great..in your last post to me you said you were having a quiet one.

Sarah Palin supporters have gone off into the sunset because from what I have read lately, Sarah Palin may be interested in turkey farming. So tragic..lol.

I love all the moronic posters who sh**t on Sara Palin, like they are her superior, When any of you become a state governor or even a mayor of some small town you can condecend, but until then go back to your cubicle, or your station at Best Buy and shut the hell up your pathetic. you couldn't draw a crowd of flies let alone a crowd of thousands, what moron's, you people wouldn't last two seconds in her world.

Naw, I'm pretty sure I won't be superior to her until I have a few more raptures and get a good exorcisist like hers. But then maybe I'll have to marry a seccessionist so I can talk about others' questionable patriotism and suspect associations.

Wow, this one is way out there even by your standards. Tell me, is there a single thing that you read or hear in the left-wing press that you don't unquestionably believe? Anything? Or are you just so completely slack-jawed that you will just believe anything?

Hey, you know, I have some great beachfront property in Florida for sale....

You sound like a sore loser. Face facts, one, Sarah Palin and John McCain lost the election. Got that? If so, now move on..if not, get a reality check..Fact number two-SP proved that she has no intellect. She embarassed the McCain camp in every single interview she gave, she could not even form a coherent sentence. She, as the governor of Alaska could not name one single major US Supreme Court case. How about this one-The Exxon-Valdez Oil Spill. It happened to her state, so how on earth could the governor of Alaska not know that? Even my 8 year old niece knows that!

Btw-I don't work in a cubicle for Best Buys or any other store. But if I did , why should that matter? Typical mean Rep, always having to put in a dig because someone doesn't agree. Your party lost and they deserved to lose. They got back what they put into it..nothing. Oh, almost forgot..I voted Rep in 2000 and 2004. What does that make me in your eyes?

Today Limbaugh announced to the idiotic faithful of the party of hate, that his presonal success does not depend on a certain party winning the election. He was hawking his Newsletter to the fools that thought he was actually for something rather than trying to sell them a Bose Radio, a Sleep number Bed or his News Letter with an article on how to survive the Messiah. How morally deficient and crass can one be? HO! HO! HO! MEGA DITTOS TO YOU RUBES AND TO ALL A GOODNIGHT!

    • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 4:09:20 PM

We know he is a clown. All talk... If he was so great, why doesn't he run for office? He talks a lot, but that is what clowns do, even in the workplace. The doers do and the talkers talk.

Limbaugh exploits the ignorance of so many of his followers and they play right into it. And that is fine, that is how it is, whatever. I know what to expect from him, all talk. All show and no go...

      • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/03/2008 4:15:39 PM

He'd never run for office. He's making mega money because there are so many ultras, LIVs and other dupes out there who are mainlining him.

        • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 4:28:21 PM

Understood... The point is he talks crp about everybody else and if it is so bad why doesn't that dick step up and fix it if he is so wise.

          • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/03/2008 4:45:36 PM

Jee, this system. I posted the following until I got a 'success' notice several minutes ago, but it still didn't post:

Sorry whatis. I understood your point and agree with you. I was just trying to make funny...

            • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 5:57:11 PM

I got your funny:) I just wanted to say something again about that dick Limbaugh

    • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/03/2008 4:08:15 PM

Crass he's not short on. It is the rad-lib MSM that drives them all to him. It's not the fans' fault.

  • Posted By: Repubssuck @ 12/03/2008 4:05:36 PM

Ap reported that the GOP has less members that it had in 2007. Nearly 47,000 less nation Wide. What a surprise! Life just keeps getting better and better!

    • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 4:19:38 PM

If they continue to think they need to get back to being more conservative then they will be very small indeed come the next election. They better eject the older crowd who are taking them down the road to destruction. They have no new ideas and sound like a broken record from the 70s.

      • Posted By: Doc Howl @ 12/03/2008 4:52:50 PM

Depends. I wouldn't mind an actual conservative.

Problem is, the next conservative in the GOP will be the FIRST one, at least since Ike.

        • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/03/2008 5:02:23 PM

When I want to remember what I think a moderate conservative 'used to' be like, I read or listen to David Brooks. Bet he makes plenty of ultras crazy though, he's actually thoughtful and reasonable. Can't have too much of that!!!

          • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 5:52:50 PM

Ya, Brooks is probably where I would be satisfied with the GOP.

The people I am talking about as far as roots is the religious conservaives, mainly the older ones who have yet to adapt to the last century, and think they lost because we were not enough like them. Or they didn't push thier beliefs far enough into our lives...

      • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/03/2008 4:26:24 PM

Correction. The blame it on the MSM rif won Nixon one of the biggest landslides in history in '68, AFTER most of Watergate was know.

As to current plan, see my report below to Repub on their activities, when he told me not worry about them.

Would someone explain that to his mainliners?

  • Posted By: Repubssuck @ 12/03/2008 4:26:46 PM

whatisreal, Hi there, the last thing the world needs is the disappearance of Old Lardass Rushbo. This is the guy who reminds us daily that there is an element that is capable of doing real harm to the country. His daily sermon of hate will help us stay focused and assure that what happen to this country in 2001 when hate took over will not reoccur. Dispicable as he may be , he is as essential as the Hitler films that we see so ofter on television. Without a constant reminder we could once again take our eye off the ball. He won't be running for office anytime soon, he would have to move to Alaska to have any chance.

So, America doesn't have as much influence, it's weaker than the past. Therefore, Obama needs to ask everyone to stop being rivals and sit down at the table as equals. Then he must use his charming personality to woo everyone. He must tell others that Americans really are best suited to lead the reshaping of the world order.

Mr. Zakaria, everyone has bad days, this article was surely written on one of yours.

  • Posted By: jimbo3800 @ 12/02/2008 9:22:25 PM

Here it is, breaking news hot off the presses for all you limp-wristed liberal apologists:

GOP's Chambliss wins Ga. Senate runoff
Democrats fail in their bid for a 60-seat majority in Washington

    Bwhahahahahahahaha.....(a deep breath), Bwhahahahahahahahaha....

And the latest from MN is showing the wack-job Al Franken losing!!!!!

Bwhahahahahaha, OMG, even when the Democrat Party wins, it loses!

    Bwhahahahaha

    • Posted By: whatisreal? @ 12/03/2008 3:44:06 PM

okay... Can we move on? The GOP owned it and fukd it and us, Now the Dems do and hopefully they do less bending us over. The dems got everything except the cherry on the cake, not much for anybody in their right mind on the GOP side to get excited about. Many I am sure feel like slitting thier wrists.

What is a limp-wristed...? What does that mean to you??

    • Posted By: 40YearR @ 12/02/2008 10:22:55 PM

Does this mean you're declaring victory in the elections?

  • Posted By: skeetchamp @ 12/03/2008 2:07:50 PM

Our miserable failure of a president, George Bush, has ruined our entire economy and left a mess that will take Barack Obama more than four years to clean up.

On my way out the door when I saw you pop up...again. Let's see, your the guy who showed up the day after the election howling about how the MSM stole the election from you. Then you bosted that you, of course, had won your reelection. You called me ignorant, rad-lib, and the typical assortment of intelligence substitutes. When I told you that I had crossed party lines because of the hate and biggotry in the republican party, you told me you spent your morning eating donuts with twenty other party movers. You said you decided that you were going to rebuild the party, only with "good people", not ones like me.

You're THAT 'wilsan' right? Howl away at that dirty MSM. Howl at the moon...

How's that party buildin' goin' by the way?

You have all the characteristics of a paid blogger, such as the ones we have seen here before from moveon.org, the Daily Kos, etc. So which one of these brain-dead, America-hating organizations pays you to spew your nonsense?

You are not good at all. You are like an endless loop tape of left-wing talking points. That, plus the tired insistance of "I used to be a Republican" are the two most telling characteristics of paid bloggers.

It just means that you are incapable of independent thought, and you have to get your orders from headquarters, and that you are not really very bright. I feel sorry for you, actually.

Hopefully America can return to the peace loving and prosperous nation it has long struggled to be..

A focus on global nationalism will also eliminate the threat from cultures whose time-frames and values cannot be made to match the demands of foreign central banks, as nations adjust to their own resource and value sets. There is nothing in the removal of international finance that lessens the promotion of international cooperation on matters of mutual interest. To the contrary, many of our worst problems (over consumption, balance of trades, terrorism) would be reduced or eliminated.
