(5) The Chinese government should devote most of its money and resources in educating their people. The world???s most intelligent scientists and teachers in the world must be seek out, head hunter style, to become professors and teachers in universities and local schools.

(6) China should now demand foreign countries to return all archaeological, antiques and other valuable items which were stolen or acquired illegal/unfairly from China especially those before the Liberation. Cash and gold/silver that were paid by Chinese during the nineteenth and early illegal and unequal treaties during twentieth century must be repaid back to China with interest.
Any refusal should result in arm confrontation.

(7) Environmental protection and resource conservation. Since there are little or no wilderness or natural resources left in China and the world. China should again slow down its industries and construction of manufacturing facilities. Wildlife and plants must be strictly protect. Many scenic or wildlife area should be protect and turned into Chinese National Parks for our next generations and children to enjoy.

If all my recommendations and theories are put into practice, China and people will enjoy safety and prosperities in the 21 Century.

How the Great Wall of China can be used to defend against the failing Wall Street and American ideology?

(1) The Chinese government should nationalized or expel foreign companies such as Walmart. The business and employment practice of those companies must be frown upon by the Chinese government and people. The products and services of some of those companies must be boycotted by Chinese.

(2) All non-Chinese foreigners must be restricted or expelled from China because they are false indoctrinating the Chinese people. The main purpose of those foreigners were to mislead Chinese to prevent them from success and getting wealthy. Many foreigner are trying to create Chinese minorities uprising such as Tibetans to destabilized the government and take advantage of their crisis. Others are simply spies from other nations. Yet many simply trying to take away the already limited jobs from hardworking Chinese. Regardless of what their actual purpose, most are in China for false intentions.

(3) The Chinese government must now redeem their enormous holding of U. S. Treasury Bonds and Bills because the American dollars are falling very quickly against the yuan due to inflation and economic downturn in the United States. The alternate investment for the government should be valuable and collectable items such as gold/silver coins, precious metal ingots, old currencies, antiques, historical objects and documents, books, postage stamps, designer jewelry, and furniture. Most importantly hire highly intelligent people with special talent and abilities. To facilitate the collection and authentication of such collectable items the government should recruit large numbers of connoisseur and auction experts from shops worldwide and in on-line auction and sale groups. After cataloging and arranging those collectable items the government can then auction and sell them to the Chinese people to generate cash for more purchases.

(4) The Chinese economy should begin to slow down gradually without causing drastic downturns. Their exports should be concentrated on newly developed Asian, Australian, European and South American countries. Especially those petroleum, metal and other natural resources producing nations such as Russia. Chinese should avoid doing business or depending economically on the United States.

The excellent quality of Chinese are that we Chinese expect very little comfort and can survive on very little resources. This the reason why our Chinese culture is so succesful. We spend most of time accomplish our goal of survival as a race rather than spent time complaining. Our leaders always care very much about our people. Chinese has very little natural resource to satisfy the World largest population and can survive so well until now and will survive far beyond any other race. This is an accomlishment unmatched by an nation in history.

To Ajka: This is my last glance at the comments of this article, I didn't intend to say anything, and after I read you comments, I know you are NOT the kind of person that I can debate with, man to man. Yankee is a man I can, and like to talk to.
You are japs or Jerry? I can tell you that I have left US volunteerily four years ago. To tell you the truth, I felt very disappointed about US, but there are also many nice American people that I have met when I was there.

About the prison in US, you got the right person, I have met a FuJian Chinese who had been detained in US prison when entering the Customs, he told me the federal prison is OK, providing enough food, including chicken, fruits. But then he was transfered to State prison in South of the US, the nightmare began, no enough food, man. Why? later when I read an article, I found out many State, county prisons are outsourced to private companies, the more the companies have saved, the more profits will be into their pockets, this reminds of the scandal happened just last month about vice president Cheny in the prison system, you may seach it on line to see how horrible it is.

To tell you the truth, I myself have not perceived the difference in the degree of freedom between China and US, I am not a young man already, I have life experience. Mmaybe on one or two issue, there are some taboo, it is illegal to criticize royal family in UK, you can say anything unfavorable about African American in US, while you can disparage white American(political correctness), and you can even curse Chinese and receive applause. In Arabic countries, you can not drink beer,wine, and a man can marry four wives, in Japan, it is fashionable for teenage girls to sleep with 40- 50 years old gentlemen to get some pocket money, if the gentleman is White people, the service sometimes can be free.( I saw the advertisement on line, a Tokyo girl ), and in Germany, Turkish people are not very happy about their treatment. So there many taboo or unsatisfactory things in different countris, China is not the exception.

About the lifestyle of average Chinese, I can see that you have never been to China. With regard to some poor people, please refer to Harlem, DC, New Orlean.

I also noticed that no body have mentioned American dream these days, why?

For example, gun, drug, American style democracy, American style human rights, Wall street style, fraud oriented financial market, and invasion of small, oil-rich country should be crossed off from the list.

Near midnight on Monday in Beijing, China, police raided the homes of prominent human rights activists Liu Xiaobo and Zhang Zuhua, seizing their computers, literature and other possessions, and taking them away under arrest. Zhang Zuhua was released after a long interrogation.

Their offense is that they participated in freedom of Human speech, i.e., the Tuesday publication on the Internet of an open letter and petition, named Charter 08, directed to the Chinese communist government and signed by some 300 intellectuals and educators.

Their letter outlined the shortcomings of communist-party
Authoritarianism and petitioned for the implementation of REAL REFORM in the political system of China, including an end to one-party rule. This political action of, by and for Chinese citizens contradicted the propaganda of the communist party campaign currently underway to celebrate - 30 years of reform, progress and opening up - under the dictatorship of the one-party, state apparatus.

The open letter bravely asserts: (quote) We stand today as the only country among the major nations that remains mired in authoritarian politics. Our political system continues to produce human rights disasters and social crises, thereby constricting China's own development but also LIMITING THE PROGRESS OF ALL OF HUMAN CIVILIZATION (emphasis added). This must change, truly it must. The democratization of Chinese politics can be put off no longer (end quote).

In June of this coming year the world will observe the 20th anniversary of the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre of students by the Red Army. Professor Xiaobo served years in prison and labor camps in the decade following the bloody quashing of civil rights at Tiananmen Square. Also, he was detained for days in early July, 2008, during a crackdown on political dissidents prior to the Beijing Olympics.

Early today, as the world began to observe International Human Rights Day, police broke up a gathering of Chinese observers peacefully assembled outside of the Foreign Ministry. Professor Xiaobo was believed to remain under arrest.

According to the Professor, the way things are in China today, the pioneers for progress in human rights are often going to have to lose their own human rights first.
