The pirates should not be negotiated with. Put armed guards on the vessels with high powered weapons and start blowing them out of the water. Rash, Somolians are not defending their coast lines when they are capturing ships 450 miles off their coast and holding them for ranson. They are nothing more than criminals!!

Hey Rash, what are they defending their coast from? Ships traveling 100-400 miles off in a shipping lane? I don't get it. So ok, I get it. Let's all give a better solution. Build fish hatcheries for them so they can get back to work and feeding their families. Restock the fish and the problem will be solved.

Hillary already has a Task Force headed by Madelin Albright that will solve the problem and give the accused pirates lawyers to represent their views. We need to know why they feel they way they do.

It just amazes me that with all the technology at our disposal, pirates in a smaller vessels can over take very much larger ships,all of these companies that pour millions and millions of dollars into there cargo cant provide security to there own ships. If they(companies) provide smaller ships,ie: pt boats or whatever size, with radar,weapons and the technology to thwart an attempt to be over taken by pirates,,,,, it really would take a failure or two by the pirates to see that they should move on,,,,,,the goal is to NOT be taken over ,

I say instead of the saudi's paying a ransom use that money to hire a D boy team and let them take care of the terrorists. and as far as the hostages all i ever here when people are talking about terrorists how they would go crazy on one face to face what the hell is the problem now.
