Great idea then the whites can yell "slavery/Racism And hope one day some one has a dream that a white -african can grow up to be PRESIDENT

I have always wished this to be so, I know that it will be a most difficult task but if USA can elect a black man as president, then anything can happen. Africa has a lot of ground to cover but it only takes a few countries to start such as places like Kenya, Eygpt, South Africa can begin the process, then as other countries are voted in, "yes" that corrected they have to be voted by the core members and this way change is force upon those countries that can't give up their internal tribal differences. I would also tell the new African nation to nationalize their petro so that they have the majority and not some euporean country.... My thoughts anyway.
