Well it is past my curfew for posting; but having consumed well past the "average accepitble" daly amount of Red Wine, gettting minimal excercise, and consuming considerably fewer than 2000 calories a day(if you don't count the Red Wine?) I've not yet experienced any of the age/health related illnesses that most of my peers have. the one exception to that may be a bit of loss of mental retention, but, being a "microscopic" business owner, i 've really attributed that to an over-abundance of stress, for an extremely long period, or perhaps the idea that alcohol kills brain cells might be accurate? I'm not so worried about how long i live, I just want to Live Well for as long as possible!!
