    Geez... from dumb to stupid to wanting to even wanting to see her die. All lot of hatred for a person who simply ran for office. Seems like you liberals would have been satisfied with a McCain-Palin loss, but here you are driving in the steak.

      yea she "just ran for office"....

      the highest, most coveted office in the world. its not such a simple matter. and she is a simple person that has no idea what she would have gone through IF she had won. for a woman that has barely stepped off the shores of america to be in a position like that is by all counts a very very bad idea. for a person that has little to no knowledge of other cultures, countries, or religions riding shotgun in a country FILLED with peoples of every country, every religion, every creed and color is a terrible idea. her and obama have about the same credentials, but at least obama is wise, has seen more of the world than palin would in 2 lifetimes, and doesnt fill his speeches with religious rhetoric and talking points in a country thats SUPPOSED to seperate chruch and state. if i wanted religious zealots to control my country i would move to iran. but, i live in america, and people with personal religious agendas do not belong in th drivers seat.

      it was a simple decision to not have a simple minded person that couldnt even finish school at not one, but 5 colleges to get a half assed degree in journalism and has little to no idea whats going on beyond our shores running this country, and some 60,000,000+ people felt the same way.

          harley is right, you do need to learn to read and COMPREHEND (they are one in the same but YOU must have missed that english class) because i said and i quote, "has seen more of the world than palin would in 2 lifetimes". the "wise" part was in a spepereate statement seperated by a little thing called a comma. and well, did you miss the part about her getting her first passport about 6 months ago? im 23 and have seen more countries than that woman EVER will. and it does make a big difference in your foreign policy if youve never been outside the states and your as old as she is.

          and whats this "scrapping the bottom of the barrel" thing? i just prefer a person that has a decent education at a good school running this country, not community college journalism. and then theres the whole issue of her personal problem of being unable to, what we call, "following through" with school. but then again most of the palin supporters would prefer to just drink a six pack with her and are more than comfortable with joe schmoe running the USA. how and when did that EVER become a good idea?

          i dont hate her, i dont want her dead, shes just inept and really should just stay being a hockey mom. you on the other hand, well, i hope you dont come back at people with words like that outside of discussion boards...you must be missing some teeth and have a black eye almost constantly. if you ever talked to me like that on the street i would knock you into next week. very mature for a 44 yr old. loser.

    While Gov .Palin is popular with the far right in the Republican Party, if she is a candidate in the next presidential election, she will repeat her role in losing the election for the Republicans (as will any right winger-Huckabee, etc.). But the late nigh tv shows, Tina Fey, etc., are probably rooting for her to run again!

    Sarah Palin is the Poster Woman for cruelty to animals. Her interview at a hellish turkey slaughterhouse was appalling. Her support for the aerial massacre of wolves and their pups is repelling.           I know, but people hunt and it is a tradition, and I understand it, not saying I support it, but I understand it. I love animals too, but probably not as much as you do. And if a wolf was killing my sheep, wolf would have to go away. If a bear was a risk it would have to be moved or killed. If an over-population of one animal was going to destroy the fine balance of an ecosystem, thinning the herd sometimes saves more than it destroys.

            I have a few friends who hunt....I do agree about thinning the animal population to keep them from starving but there has to be a humane way rather than shoot them and leave them to bleed to death in the cold hard snow. Furthermore, Alaska is a large wilderness state with plenty of room to roam around. The wolves can find plenty of food...the moose. I see no reason for the wolf killings.

          Sure they do. They are functioning as corporate troops. We used to do the same thing here, it's just that we were honest about it.

          All those dead and wounded soldiers in Iraq? They were sacrificed so that Halliburton, etc, could have some fat no-bid contracts. And if 4000+ troops had to die, and some 30,000+ had to be maimed, well they can live with that as long as the cheques clear.

          What's really going to be interesting is what happens as your veterans wake up to that fact. Small wonder your government is illegally deploying troops in and around your capitol. I would, too, if I were them. I'm not a big fan of your popcorn, but I believe I will make an exception and buy some in anticipation of the high-quality entertainment that seems to be forthcoming.

    It's a misperception to think that googling Palin as a news story (or anticipated news story) equates to her political popularity. Polling, and the election, showed quite the opposite result. I don't see how this could be considered "revenge" in terms of a rebound. Much more likely is that search engines are serving up the parade of gaffes, distortions, and hubris that characterized her Veep candidacy.
