Choosing A Church

How bitter your Christian hearts appear to be so close to the Saviors' birthday. What continues to give me hope amidst all this hatred is that many more Americans decided that for our sakes, and that of our children, we will rise above the smallness that has had us all bound. I feel sorry for the rest of you. Thank God you are really the minority this time.

It's amazing when these religious zealots get online and try to scare everyone with their feat tactics...First it was The Pope, Ronald Reagan, Y2K, who knows next, "Obama". The majority of them can't think for themselves and they need to die and move on because they are no "earthly good". I really wonder what God thinks about them. He is probably crying in Heaven.

People critized George W, including myself, because of the myriad of mistakes that he has made (and gee, he had a father who was once president and had all "kinds" of political experience and he couldn't have screwed this country much more than he already has. I apologize daily to every single man and woman who have fought in every war and those who died in those wars and for our ancestors who built this country simply because of what has become of it. Did they die/fight/work their butts off for this!!?? Presidential Elect Obama does nothing out of fear, this is clear, do a little bit more research about him and maybe you'll know this. He is actually concerned, imagine that, about this country and whether he is black, white, red, yellow, why does it matter? I strongly believe you will be humbled when this man completes his presidency and I hope that millions more will be as well. I hope that many eyes will be opened to what really goes on in Washington and what will go on with Obama in charge. You have a problem with helping your fellow man? Then I hope you are independently wealthy and don't depend on a boss or consumers for your well being because you clearly care only about yourself.

It is refresing to know that people like crpruyear exist, in the face of all the ignorance displayed here. He/she and like minded Americans know that we are bigger that our fearful, prejudiced past. Obama is president because the majority of Americans are tired of stupidity dictating our culture. It is once again alright to be educated, informed, and optimistic, rather than ignorant, indoctrinated, and yes, bitter.

Thank god(s) Obama's parents had turned atheists , same goes for his grandparents who raised him. And I hope he doesn't waste too much time in any church, only just enough to reassure delusional people who cannot get rid of their imaginary friend looking over them from up there in the sky! This way, if he goes into a church once in a while, and the building doesn't burst into flame, they'll "know" he isn't a muslim or a devil worshipper!

Miss Clift like always misunderstanding of the real truth of conservatives & evangelicals because she walks to the religion of secularism. What she fails to understand about many evangelicals is this; We are not religious people, but have had an encounter with the Living God, the one the Apostle Paul spoke of confrnting the intellecuals of his time on Mars Hill.
We, like Pastor Warren walk in relationship with God & adhere to the scriptures with the help of the Holy Spirit. Yes, we fail sometimes miserably causing us to love as Jesus those seperated by choice of sin (heterosexual or homosexual or other?) as He first loved us. We have found great peace in a relationship offered to all as it was to us. We choose to live out of love, not religious practice by the love letter the Holy Spirit wrote through inspired men who encountered God too! I welcome all to ask the Living God to meet with them personally...THEN you will understand the faith that Pastor Warren, Billy Graham, TD Jakes & other evangelical leaders & church members espouse! Odamn's has no roots in Christianity ....... he is Muslim and will continue to be Muslim. Oh he hid for some years in a racist so-called christian church (strickly for political reasons) but he is not christian and never will be. Ignorant Americans voted him in for two reasons ........ his race and his promise of taking from the rich and giving to the poor.

In my opinion the election of President Obama will go down in history poorly. Too many people voted for him only because of his race and not because of issues. He will govern from the middle out of fear. Wether you like it or not the world does care about the choices our President makes. He represents the United States. Look at G.W.Bush and how his choices were critized! If having a Black President is a measurement of how far we've come whats next? I hope President Obama's community outreach experience serve him well as the leader of the free world!

Neither totally uderstand Christianity , its Doctrine , Beliefs , or What Christ stands for .......... Ignorant Americans wanted this man to be their President and they will live with his Muslim ways ........
