The basketball and hip-hop culture fusion born in 1984 that is known now as The "Dunkadelic-Era" In America, 1984-Present will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary during the year 2009 (1984-2009). Its the first and only sport-and-music defined time period in American history. When you look at the 25 years of the culture fusion era, 17 of those years were under the rule of a Republican in the White House. Only 8 of those years 1993-2001 were when a Democrat was in the White House. The greatest explosion of the culture was during the 1990's and most of that decade was when Bill Cliton was President. The culture of basketball and hip-hop has grown and remained strong during the recessions of the mid 1980's, early 1990's, and the current 2008. The "Dunkadelic-Era" will continue to grow beyond 2009 when we start another 25 years. See in 2034 for the 50th Anniversary of The "Dunkadelic-Era" Part 2.

    A Persian sight.

    A delight appears
    in the heart
    of a melody,
    when the accent,
    softly, escapes
    in the darkness
    of a principal
    and laughing
    behaviour.

Thank the Good Lord that I am not cultured. You think tennis provided the best moment in sport? Amy P was right on with her portrayal of Clinton, however. She expressed all the thoughts and emotions that Hillary surely was masking.

    Christmas carol.

    Shining lights
    and the plan
    of a destiny,
    when Christmas
    arrives: I see
    the profile of
    a northerly wind
    near the sound
    of a feast, a
    rosy return
    and always a
    white dream
    on a similar sight.

Let's save "Oh my God" for occasions which honestly merit the invocation of the dDeity, such perhaps as the death of a child.
    Not sports.

Terror will consume many countries if they fail to act.
And all they need to do is to respect others and grant Independence to the Occupied Lands.

"Nadal-Federer at Wimbledon was the best movie I saw, the best novel I read, the best symphony I heard. It was better than art. It was a masterpiece."
Devin, I agree with everything you said....Have to admit this match brought tears to my eyes...It was a masterpiece.I have no doubt they'll meet many more times, nothing will come close to that match.
