I can see how Iran going to use nuclear bomb in the middle east without destroying themselves,do we trust everyone ease that has it? We all need peace now.

Israel is the biggest state sanctioned terrorist group in the world with the backing of their benefactor (my horroible colonialist, islamaphobe country of USA) and want to dystematically destroy and murder all other residents of the middle east so they can have unbridled control of the middle east and its oil supply. Iran has not attacked any other country in hundreds of years. But America is convincing all the idiots in the m iddle east that Iran who has been their neighbor forever is potentially after them and if America is not here to protect them, then the big bad bogeyman Iran will eat them. America wants to pit all Gulf neighbors against each other so they will destroy each othe and then America and its girlfriend Israel will come in and pick up the natural resources of these countries. And unfortunately because Arabs are not unified and greedy, they are playing right into America and Israel's hands. Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia are th biggest butt kissers in the world, and Mahmoud Abus sold his people for power because they are all greedy idiots. Arabs need to use their brains and stand up to America and its morally impaired incestuous love child with UK, (Israel). And if US is stupid enough to ahelp Israel to attack Iran from Israel, it will the last thing that either will ever o, and the end of the world as we all know it. I am saying this as an AMerican. Not all of us are morally corrupt, bloodthirsty murderers like Bush and Cheney. ANd actually al the hope i pinned on Obama have fallen by the wayside when i seen his complicity by not saying anything. I did not want to believe he is an HN, but it is true, he is. I believe there is no hope for America. It is like Sodom and Gomora. God promised not to destroy Sodom and Gomora if even 1 good person could be found, but there was not. Just like thee is not even 1 good American politician, so no use in putting any faith in American politics any more. They are all trash, and without conscience except Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton (not Hillary). God help us all

Justice is the foundation of peace - if you really want peace, then DO JUSTICE. Israel does not want peace - they want their own way, which is a very different thing. I suspect that ordinary working class Jews and Muslims could come to some kind of modus vivendi if left to their own devices, but these big mouth, sociopathic politicians, the Cheneys, Bushes, Rumsfelds and Roves of this world, are incapable of understanding peace, much less doing anything to bring it about. I've been praying for the Grand Ayatollah for the last few years, because he looks like the only rational adult on the scene in the mideast. Obama's election is one of the truly pivotal events in our history. Now let's hope that other adults will arrive on the scene and deal with all these nasty dick heads.

I dont believe israel showed more than a fraction of its arsenal in Lebanon in 2006,its mission was a short term one that did not involve the reoccupation of Lebanon and seemed to be more of a hair trigger response that got out of control after israeli soldiers were ambushed on the Israel side of the border.Had Israel truly believed its back was to the wall in Lebanon i dont think a building would be left standing and for all their sad bravado the Lebanese know this as well.In the end Lebanon, which has become an example of the fate of weak governments and divided peoples learned the dangers of pulling a tigers tail.They seem to have gotten a little wiser so far.

Israel is commonly believed to have up to 120 nukes, something which if seldom talked about in discussions of the region. Iran and Israel are far apart. Iran is developing nukes and may get one in what? 2009 for enough fuel for one? And despite all the talk of Iran being mentally unstable, a study of its actions instead of what is quoted in the press shows that it is actually very savvy in creating and using leverage. The real threats are use of its money and fundamentalism in expanding its sphere of influence in the Persian Gulf (Arabian Gulf to the guys on the Arabian Peninsula) and across the Fertile Crescent. Israel being attacked by an Iranian nuke? Hogwash. To believe this you have to be a paranoid neocon clone - or be angling for a free hand to attack someone. Attack the U.S. with a missile? Hogwash. Unless Iran is cornered, which would happen only as result of an extremely stupid and expensive mistake by the U.S. (not likely without the Bush crowd and anyway not possible with our overstretched military), it won't throw a nuke. It does want a deterrent, though. Any country near Israel would want one. Anyway, deterrence works and Iranians are not going to be that stupid. Too much to lose.

How can Iranian influence be limited? Break dependence on oil and cut the money. Achieve peace between Israel and the Palestinians and Syrians to marginalize Hamas and Hezbollah. (Make no mistake, this will only happen if the U.S. leans hard on Israel and leans on and offers hope to the Palestinians. Both sides have factions that strongly oppose peace except on their terms. We must listen to none of them. Fundamentalists, whether they be Hamas or Israeli settlers, must be marginalized.)

Can it be done? Yes. The question is whether the U.s. can achieve independence and act in its own and the world's interests. Which happen to coincide with the real interests of Israel. Neocon-like aggressive policy won't work. It will only create more hatred and violence.

If Iran is Israel worst fear why Israel is fighting the Palestinians. He will even agree with me that Israel should be in Iran right now, or Hamas is a bigger threat. I have his answer. Hamas is an easier threat than Iran. Poorly equipted, disorganize, with only few rockets, will show off our military might maybe Iran will think twice about their nukes. Mr. Ambassador don't you think that Iran has a long long range missile that will reach Tel Aviv. Yes they do. Israel also has one of them aimed at Iran. Yes we do. Good, how about if both of you throw it at each other. The world will be glad to get rid of both of you. Then peace finally will reach the middle east, and the surrounding areas.

I can see this all happening now. Isreal nukes Iran first, then Russia attacks Isreal, then the U.S. attacks Russia, Iran and border nations to isreal retaliates on isreal with short-medium range scuds, Nato allies reataliate on Russia with their nukes or rockets, while Venisuala helps Russia to attack our S.E. with nuke bombers, N.Korea takes out our Western coast, with China helping probably, France attacking Iran.....Good God. Can anyone else see this possably being the "Generated Crisis" that Joe Biden and Collen Powell mentioned that was to take place on January 21, 2009? With a possable Bio-attack on Washington D.C. with a modified modified version of the influenza virus during the anugeration of P.E. Obama taking place. Something that would not be discovered till 24 hours later, after every one was back home to spread the virus around, like in schools through our children? For there to be a reason to instate Marshal Law? And for a reason to round up people to be put in the F.E.M.A. death camps across America? For the safty of the rest of us,..Of course. If anyone,....survives. There will be no human words to discribe the after math and suffering of them.

It is perhaps instructive to examine what occured after the mumbai massacre by muslim fedayeen that evidence suggests originated in Indias neighbour pakistan.Over a hundred people calmly murdered in cold blood and India is unable to retaliate or indeed get any form of concrete resolution simply because of the deterent power of the 'Islamic Bomb"Indis may resort to sabre rattling but in the end they can do nothing,this is the fate that awaits not only Israel but any nation that attempts to support them in the future.As one analysis said,one nuclear bomb would effectively destroy or incapacitate most of israels cities and defensive capabilities and make it unable to withstand a ground and air assault from neighbouring countries.in contrast Israel could lauch a dozen nuclear weapons and still not destroy the Arab world.In the face of this what kind of future will tiny Israel really have if it is unable to respond to attacks from multiple quarters.It will be death from a million cuts.

It is a tough deal to barter with someone when you already have your own nuclear weapons. Hell, why can't they have them too, if your not planning to get rid of your own. Sure it would really be unstable for Iran to have nukes, but this technology seems doomed for failure anyway. War is inevitable, and so is war with nuclear weapons unless we stop building and begin to eliminate this obvious danger, which is inevitable.

Everytime Isreal is involved in violence, its stock exchange grows. Might this be part of the equation? Also it is election year in israel so do not expect any sensible politics.
