If Obama Is Serious

Israel should be ashamed of itself for killing innocent people. People who know their history know that they have endure a lot, but that being said does not give nthem the right to kill people. We don't want our tax money to pay for the war thei and the other thing is Israel does not want PEACE because afterwards, they will be no more money from the US. They need to stop and I hope that the President won't VETO anything passed by the UN.

If you are taken hostage in a bank robbery and stood in front of the robbers as a human shield after they took your identification and told you that the address on your ID (ie. your family) was going to be attacked by their partners on the outside what would you do. Israel is being attacked on all sides and persicuted by the world media. I dont think that they are aggressive enough. Where is the world outcry from the deaths that the rockets launched by israels enemies create. Israel has been preasured to make connession after connsession by the rest of the world in order to try and maintain peace. Enough is enough I support the complete Israel, which includes a jewish goverment over what is now Iran, syria, Iraq, lebanon and the rest of the middle east that is intent on breeding over the world.

To bring about lasting peace in the region Israel???s hegemony must come to an end. Israel???s overwhelming military superiority entices its leaders to act belligerently and, all too frequently, with callous brutality.

U.S. support of Israel must cease immediately. U.S. support to Israel (war materiel, loan guarantees, direct aid) needs to come to an end. Americans do not owe Israel any favors. It???s in America???s interest to forge a truce with the Arab world and to do so it needs to scuttle a foreign policy which is crafted by Zionist power brokers in Washington. Our politicians in Washington have acted as Israel???s puppets for much too long. It???s time they acted in America???s interests. Some of our politicians ??? the Rahm Emanuel???s of this world ??? who act as Zionists first and Americans second need to be marginalized. Their dual loyalties must be exposed and, if need be, expatriated to Israel.

It's heartening to see there are still people in the media that are willing to speak the truth. The article is not siding with Hamas, it's clearly saying that we just need to stop siding with Israel. If you think that's pathetic, I'm not surprised. A lot of misinformed people find it pathetic. Handshakes accompanied by pieces of paper declaring those handshakes official will never bring about piece. New policies and new American presidents will prove just as useful. Only through education can one learn something new or adopt a new way of thinking. Until this happens, all other attempts are merely bandaids that will eventually get wet and fall off. And even when education is introduced, it must be received with a willing heart, or else it too will fall by the wayside. So will there ever truly be peace, perhaps, but one thing is for sure, a "get tough" American president is certainly not the answer to ending a war that began thousands of years ago.

I wonder how an educated person, working for a major magazine like Newsweek, can be so ignorant of fact and history. Iran and Hamas have stated they want the total destruction of Isreal, Isreal has never called for the opposite. Isrealhas given back much of the land they took in th apst wars, and Isreal has never started a confrontation, only reacted to those thrust upon it. Obama can tell Isreal whatever he wants, they are going to defend themselves. Iran will, more than likely, never finish their nuke plant because Isreal will probably bomb it, rightfully so.
Where does Newsweek get it's writers? "Whatsamatta U?" Not all of us have been swayed by the media and the failed school systems.

Hamas is a terrorist organization that prides itself on murdering. When will we learn that there is never going to be such thing as negotiating with fanatics of this kind? Why isn't the world protesting the millions of people killed everyday by terrorists? Suicide bombers? Isarel did what it needed to protect it's people. They issued many warnings, we shouldn't be upset that they actually followed through on their word.

Newsweek like MSNBC, CNN and the NYTimes seem to now be on the side of terrorism. All of these organizations are attempting to put a human side on groups like Hamas while they continue to pour rockets into civilian areas of Isreal. What a joke. If rockets were landing in New York or Atlanta there would be hell to pay but when it's thousands of miles away and not a direct problem for these "news" organizations or their buildings it's look at the poor terrorists, we should "get tough" with Isreal. Wait a minute Omaar, you're yelling that Israel has biological and chemical weapons and over 200 nuclear weapons. So they have used how many? Thousands? Hundreds? Ten? One? Oh my, what bad people they are. I don't think they're trying very hard to rid the Mid-East of anyone. How hard would it be to "report" a stolen weapon, use it against someone then claim they were trying their darndest to find the culprit?? Did you watch the news this morning??? What is Lebanon saying?? "Well, well, my, my, noone has claimed responsibility from the rockets that came at you from our border. When they do we'll let you know." I have a friend who lives in Israel and he says every morning he can see the sun reflecting off the missles in Lebanon pointed at Israel and Israel hasn't taken them out because they are located in residential areas. Yup. Real terrorists, those Israelis.

And for those of you who seem to think that the Hamas homemade rockets are on par with our Fourth of July bottle-rockets, may I remind you of the April 1995 Alfred Murrah Federal Building. It was destroyed, 168 people killed, 800 wounded and that was with a HOMEMADE bomb.

Besides, the rockets coming into Israel from the Hamas carry markings from Iran and Russia...........they're not made by some poor little watchmaker in his spare time.
