Please don't forget to mention the Palestinians voted Hamas into power. They did so full well knowing what type of group they are. I have little sympathy for an entire people who vote a group like Hamas into a legitimate government body.

This conflict is between Isreal & Palestine, it's none of the US concern. Leave Isreal alone and let them handle the problem. If someone were launching rockets into your country you would do the same as the Israelis. Instead of supporting both sides, as we have always done, lets be neutral. Being neutral could be difficult being that I didn't see any folks from Isreal dancing in the streets after 911 unlike the Palestinians who had quite the celebration.

Seeing as though the Palestinians voted for Hamas overwhemingly, I have little sympathy for their plight. They knew full well what Hamas' intentions were and are and yet they still voted them into a position of power.

How about if Aaron David gets serious. Israel is quite capable of taking care of it's own business and Hamas has made it's bed. Lets try something different and mind our own business here at home. We have enough on our plate without Miller crying foul because the U.S. is not trying to save the world yet again. Charity begins at home.

Yes.....but. The U.S. seems to indulge in the fantasy that Hamas and the 'Palestiniams' will be a happy people if only Israel would give up her land to them. Fact is, they are an implacable lot who hate the Jewish people and long to see a day when they exist no more. No political nostrum will change that. Indeed, the position of their heart and soul is not recognised or understood by the Western mind. It IS a spiritual 'thing' with warfare in the heavenlies being acted out on earth. No....it will not end until Jesus Christ and the 12'th imam come to battle. That might not be so far away. But on the surface, there's centuries old traditions and customs and beliefs and preceived honors that take precedence over peaceful co-existance. That part of the world must find the West to be equally inconprehensible. What sort of people help rebuild the nations who attacked them ? What kind of man teaches his children to love HIS enemies even if he couldn't quite bring himself to do it??
For the most part, I have to agree with Mr. Miller altho I'm not so confident that the U.S. will remain as dependable an ally to Israel as he assumes. When we land in the one-world government (which is coming because every nations' sovereignty around the world is being devalued by each suceeding generation and if Mr. Obama can't pull a rabbit out of a hat in the next 8 years, causing us all to be catapulted into one world economy) a true Big Brother is going to be jerking our chain and calling the shots. The world at large hates the Jew and always has. An unfortunate by-product of being Yahwehs' chosen people. It truly does not matter what your 'religous' standing is, or is not, read the Book of Revelation. It will make your blood run cold to see how mankind is quick-step marching into a future that God has been warning us about since the writings of Daniel. Don't believe it? Fine. Go back to Sunday paper horoscopres and tea leaves, tarot cards and Nostradomus but the God who was and is and is to come has never been wrong. Ever.

If the United States is going to see itself as the worlds policeman then we must act fairly, humanly, and impartially in our dealings with any country or situation. Not doing so subjects our actions to be widely suspect, rightly putting our credibility at sake. We have too long turned a blind eye to Israel that is harmful to US interests and the prospect of world peace. How can we in good conscience support an county that goes so far to deny shelter, assistance or even access to certain areas for housing to its own non-Jewish population? It is wrong and we are wrong to support it.

Have you ever heard of a self fulfilling prophecy? Because ignorant people believe it must be so, they endeavor to make it so, and when they see the fruits of their labor they proclaim it as evidence that the prophecy was inevitable.

The answer is no." It is the 1.5 million Gazans who support, elected, and allowed Hamas to come into power in their country. They are responsible for Hamas. They need to understand the results of supporting such a radical group, who by the way are our enemies, they are terrorist.

There will never be peace in the middle east until Jesus Christ comes back and sets foot on Mount Olive. Only then will there be peace for Isael and the rest of the world. Does that mean we should not strive for peace in the middle east? No, but we must have reasonable expectations and to have reasonable expectations you must understand that Israel's claim to this land and the reason for many of the conflicts dates back before Christ was even born. And Israel does not operate or make their decisions concerning boundaries based on their consitution but on what they consider to be the word of God.

There will be those that will question how I can speak of God and support a war which as we all know destroys and kills. Please read the Bible, God tells us in his word that there will always be wars and rumor of wars. Also, read about all of the battles that he made Israel victorious when he sent them across the river Jordon into the promise land.


I believe the U.S. has and should continue to support Israel because of what the Bible tells us. God tells us in the old testiment that he will bless those who bless Israel and he will curse those who curse Israel. Now there will be those who will rebuff my comments concerning Jesus and God and I do not have the talent or ability of words that would persuade people to change their minds in the belief of Jesus and God and his word. I can only tell the truth as the Bible states it and leave it up to God to change the hearts and minds of people.

You really shouldn't bring the Bible into this. If you do, you have to go and read where God asked three of his followers on different occasions to kill all of these people Israel is now having to do battle against. This war will never cease.
There will never be peace until we, leave Israel alone and let them solve this problem once and for all. They have the resources and the know how and when they've finally had enough, they'll do what should have been done in Biblical times and then you'll see peace not only in the Middle East, but world wide.
