Save the remains for future testing. We might be able to use the DNA in some unforeseeable way to identify future terrorists. With DNA mapping and medical advances moving so rapidly, there's no telling what the future might hold - and one more government vault won't matter that much.

Our people is over there fighting. But that country is thinking we are only there to kill. But yet, at most our people are sent back home to be buried on Their Country Ground. Yes a lot had been killed while in prison. But at some point they do put the dead body out in open some where, to where US Troops can find them, then they are sent back home to the USA.
Why play this School kid game. (Don't give back to them, they will only do this or that) well what ever. We won't have to bury them, we won't have to wonder were to put them. Send them home for their own kind do as they please with them.

Just as we do when we get our dead back home. We also say ours are Hero's, but they think our troops are murders. So we see different then they see. But who is better? Now I can just imagine what everyone just said. Well, they are thinking the same thing for their selfs.

Lets don't bend down to their level. Hold our heads high and do the right thing. We know what happen, we know what they did. We are living with it every day of our lives now. But lets come out on Top this time and do the right thing. Send those body parts back (they are only little tiny bones, hair or small peices of skin, maybe a tooth). I say that the most fitting end to the trash that the Hijackers were, we should take their remains and feed it to some stray dogs. That would be a more fitting end than the 72 doe eyed virgins that they thought that they were going to get.

Cremate all remaining unidentified remains and spread them over the ocean, regardless as to whose remains they may be. As someone pointed out, leave it to God to sort out the rest.

It is ridiculous to continue trying to identify pieces after seven years. There are unidentified bodies around the country that these resources should be expended on. I think a solid effort has been made and that should be the end of it. I think some of the comments to the families have been a bit crass but it is not unreasonable to tell them enough is enough.
