OK. Here is my suggestion. Keep enough of the remains for DNA identification. Take the rest; mix with 100 pounds of ash from the World Trade Center. Then a U.S. plane can fly over and sprinkle it on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
