I see this article is under the title of "Justice." So far I haven't seen any justice in this case. "Madeoff" should be in prison. A real priison like Levenworth, in general population. Why si harsh? Because of all of the innocent people's lives he has destroyied.

I read that early investors had already taken their real money out of the fund, with significant profits to boot. I guess they were part of a bit of insider trading, that is until Madoff and the market took the "tarp" off? These investors are now being advised to lay low, and not try to collect their bogus Ponzi profits as well. It really would be nice if one could know how real the 50 billion is, and who profited from the con. Guessing it wasn't just Madoff' and his family.
