On the pro-Isareli action side, stop giving this stupid excuse of who started this cycle of violence first. Ther is little doubt that the latest Israeli reaction is motivated by forthcoming elections in Israel. So the sensible thing would be to vote Olmert and the gang out. Bring back Rabib like leaders.

On the Palestinian side, blame Egypt and Abbas first before blaming Israel.These folks were instrumental in weakening Hamas politically and militarily. Also ask Hamas as to why they send rockets now to help re-elect the current Isareli regime.

Is it possible that Hamas and Olmert are in fact colluding weirdly in their own self interests? Politicians are weird no matter in where they are.

Let's keep one thing straight. This mess started when Hamas shot rockets into Isreal--israel wasn't shhoting rockets iat Hamas. Also Hamas places their rockets in civilian areas, so when they are hit, there will be civilan injuries and death. Also, if this were happening to my family, I would ask why it's happening? Why is Israel doing this? Is it because they eant to kill us? No, wait it is because Hamas is shooting at Isreal from the backyard next door. My next step would be to tell Hamas to stop and I would not support them.

But this isn't happening and people need to ask why it isn't happening? Once this is answered, then perhaps there will be real and honest discussion on how to bring peace to this area.

I also believe that peace will only come when the Arab women find strength, throw the yoke of hundreds of years of oppression/repression and open a can-of-whoop a_ _ on their husbands, brothers, sons ,fathers, and those idiots in the white turbans!

I'm upset that the poor suffering civilians of palestine are mere victims of the onging crisis in the middle east being masterminded by hammas,hazebollah and Iran.Nevertheless,I'm strongly in support of Isrealis defensive of her citizens.Only God almighty in heaven knew when and how mideast crisis will be resolved.The bible has the answer.the world can only manage it.Havent you heard the above terror group calling for the elimination of both the isrealis and jews from the surface of the eart? I fully support the Palistinians because it is my moral duty as a Muslim. Even though I live in Pakistan and am only 15, my heart breaks whenever I switch on the television and find that more and more innocent women and children are murdered. I also feel embarrassed of being an American Citizen because they are not taking any action against this act of genocide. I have always loved America and been proud of being American but this time it is different. Now i can only pray to Allah to bring peace and stability to the region.

I believe that Israel is doing the right thing by protecting itself against the savage Arabs. Death and destruction can be seen on both sides - the difference is, is that the Israelis are trying to attack the coward militants who hide in the suburbs, while the Arabs by pass the soldiers and aim for citizens.

How can there be peace when one side (Hamas) is bent on exterminating the other side at the expense of its people? That's the only peace they believe in, meaning, when the other side is already gone..

Israel handed Arafat his Palestinian State on a gold platter at Camp David and he ran for the door. Israel pulled out of the West bank and Gaza and all they got for it was a terrorist training ground firing rockets at civilians in israel and hiding behind civilians in Gaza. The Grand Iranian Ayatolla the Islamic version of the Pope has made it clear they will not accept Israel right to exist and Western civilizations right to exist.There still stuck on Revenging the Crusades to which I say take it up with the Pope in Italy. The Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, Alkieda, and all the Other Wahabist groups and Ayatollas have made it clear also. 5000 thousand years before Muhammed was even born Israel was the land of the Jews. My question is if Iran and Syria are such big Hamas backers, why aren't they doing anything right now? If Iran and Syria are so anti-Israeli, why aren't they helping the people they support?
