I worry though, with all the releases one ends up signing to insurance companies for instance, just how private is the information you give your doctors now days. I see them write it down, just how many eyes see the notes? Seriously, I dont trust that the information I give my doctor won't get into hands that would do me harm :(
But what about legal and privacy issues. I know medical records can be released for court cases, but with all the release vouchers one is forced to sign now days, to say for instance, get your insurance policy . . . whatever; I worry that the information you give your doctor is FAR FAR FAR from private.
