You're an ignorant wack job and the main reason these corpro-ticians are getting away with murder and looting the treasury! This isn't a JV football game. Try rooting for America instead of these blue and red cardboard cutsouts who all have the same agenda!

If you want to pick on every letter of the constitution then "...provides ???No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed " says that which "he" was elected and not "her". So there. This is not against the constitution is it?

Well if you want to do everything by the letter then "...provides ???No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed .." says "he" and not "her." So I guess this is not against the constitution. Am I right or am I right?

"LET HER BE"? What about that tiny matter of the Constitution that states she is inelibible? I guess the neo cons aren't the only ones above the Constitution!

According to the Ineligibility Clause of the United States Constitution, no member of Congress can be appointed to an office that has benefited from a salary increase during the time that Senator or Representative served in Congress. A January 2008 Executive Order signed by President Bush during Hillary Clinton???s current Senate term increased the salary for Secretary of State, thereby rendering Senator Clinton ineligible for the position.

Specifically, Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution provides ???No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time.???

Have not you "people" done enough to discredit Mrs Clinton?; in part she lost to the savior because the media as you newsweek and others such as Keith O. from MSNBC became Obamanics.and gave the savior a virtual free ride during the campaign; LET HER BE!! She is a great government servant; and because of HER Obama will look like a great Statesman on foreign policy as far domestically I think he will fall flat on his face; what else do you "people" want?.

We need to lay off Hillary and Bill. These people love politics and they love serving this country. Yes they are ambitious, driven, hard charging people but who among us isn't that is if we say that we care about our careers and "getting ahead" in this world. The fact is, we all do what it takes to advance our careers and Bill and Hillary are no different. There's no more dirt to be found on these people. They've been about as vetted as two public servants can be. Now leave 'em alone and let 'em play nicely with the other politicians. Go pick on someone else else for a while. The Clinton's have more than paid the price for public service by having their private lives trampled through the mud of "public concern".

Memo to the Gardener: We are in a "global village" and it has nothing to do with any dreams Hillary Clinton has. Our country is in hock to China. What we do affects other nations and what they do affects us. Deal with it! The most hoffific thing about Elian Gonzalez was watching a birth father denied his son. His mother had no right to take him away from his father because she wanted out of Cuba.

LoL 40YearR.... Lets hope she is over her dreams of a "global village". We are in deep ________ if she still thinks we ought to live in a global village. Too many chiefs and too few villages, how will she handle these egos? Who will be the Chief, the Shaman, and the Medicine Man? Lets hope it is not an extension of the horrific Elian Gonzalez display.
