    I am wondering why the parents of those(boys) went or killed in somalia got so agitated while their boys's membership in gange activities does nothinhg to their concerns.

    One little muslim boy who had crawled on the ground all of his life, stood upright for the first time tonight!
    A young lady who was BLIND AND DEAF FOR 23 YEARS received her sight and hearing!

    The Citizen's Brief Book was given to Pres. Obama after he was sworn in.
    This comprised over 70,000 comments, ideas, and suggestions from citizens which were voted on as well. This pre-inauguration site was at www.change.gov.
    However, the invitation to comment and send ideas continues at www.whitehouse.gov
    If you scroll to the bottom you will see all the various topics; Briefing Room, Agenda, Admin, etc.
    There is also a Contact section and open invitation to send questions, comments, concerns.
    Also, today Obama signed an executive order creating a "Middle Class Task Force" and asked Joe Biden to lead it.
    Take a look at the new website on White House Task Force on Middle Class Working Families, as new and existing policies are assessed across the board to see whether those polices are helping or hurting.

    It is interesting that if we had discussed Palestinians - one half of those who speak against islamists here would have voice their concern about Israel "disproportional" responce. Refrasing Bin Laden, it is fair to say that americans will not feel safe untyil Israelis are.

    Do you want to help your country and by doing that, the whole world? Send your solutions and ideas to the new Administration and they will be considered.
    But if we wrap ourselves in the flag with hate rhetoric and hate slogans, we will not be helping anyone.
    We will just be for division in our own country, and demonstrating that for all the outraged emotion,
    it is all about Me, Me, Me
    and in the big picture, that we just do not care.

        But you must mingle first and befriend them. It is not a forced coversion. Re-read the Bible. I do. I agree that is also says not to pal around with sinners, but I take it as do not condone their ways and act as if it is ok. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't avoid them completely.

After her arrest at Cairo???s airport on Dec. 13 while attempting to flee anti-Christian hostilities in Egypt, convert Martha Samuel Makkar was granted bail on Saturday (Jan. 24), but not before a judge took her aside and said he would like to kill her, according to her lawyer.
    Attorney Nadia Tawfiq said Judge Abdelaa Hashem questioned Makkar extensively about her Christian faith during the hearing. Makkar, charged with forging identification documents, explained her reasons for her conversion, avowing her Christian faith and repudiating the judge???s claims that converting from Islam to Christianity was impossible.
    ???Then he said, ???I want to talk with Martha alone,??? so we all left the room, and he said to her, ???Nobody changes from Muslim to Christian ??? you are a Muslim,?????? Tawfiq said. ???And she said, ???No, I am a Christian.??? He told her, ???If I had a knife now, I would kill you.??? [Makkar] came out crying and depressed, but at least he gave the decision to let her go free.???

    There's two sides to everything! Massacre of Palestinians by Israel is no excuse. Israel should be tried for war crimes it committed and shame on US for supporting it. Such hypocricy..of how it's ok for Christians and Jews to commit crimes against humanity, but then you wonder why those ppl hate you. I'm sure they won't be hating you if you weren't going around killing their ppl unjustly. Bc it's your own govt that created the 911 to have the lame excuse to invade Middle East and steal their resources in the name of fighting terrorism. I'm sure if someone invaded US and killed many civilians here, and kicked the rest to Mexico, or put you in concentration camps like condition as Israel has after stealing Palestinian land, you all be rebelling too instead of kissing their asses! Such hypocrites you all are!!

      Believe me, many of us believe that our government murdered it's own people on 9/11. Why do you think there were no formal investigations into that day? Many of us would be happy to see the government leveled so we can start from scratch. The Patriot Act is a violation of the constitution of the United States. Yet, it remains unchallenged by the Supreme Court.. Part of it says that those of us who speak against our government, which is supposed to be protected by the first amendment of the bill of rights, defines us as being a terrorist, and a threat to the joke they call 'homeland security'

      If national security was a REAL CONCERN by our government, they wouldn't tolerate so many being here illegally. A guy a few years ago was in a fox news report, with a contagious disease, was reported to have crossed the US-MEXICO border, some 78 separate times. What's to stop someone who actually wants to hurt innocent people?

          Only those who choose to live under rocks can believe our govt to be innocent of any attrocities committed throughout history. During WWII, we put Japanese - Americans in concentration camps, which by the way, they are building more in BFE, where they think we won't notice. Our government is no more innocent of unthinkable crimes than any other in the world, it is just as corrupt.

            Did not anybody know about thise concentration camps (which probably was not so bad idea in those desperate times)? USA goverment even did not try to hide it. Our goverment may be immoral, but as I said, they would never be able to cover 9/11 "incide job". Even when the cover is good - there are always some smart people who find it out, but when it was nothing to cover - a lot of demented pop up to claim conspiracy.

              Did you research controlled demolitions vs the way the Twin Towers collapse? Buildings don't fall in on themselves by chance. Especially when they were only burning for a few hours. The Empire State Building has been hit a couple times by small aircraft and hasn't suffered even half the damage they did. And jet fuel doesn't burn hot enough to melt steel.

                It is exponential dependency on airpline size. Both buildngs stood as long as it took burning fuel to reach low floors amd melt the critical mass of metal inside the concrete. And because imetal was melted inside the buildings - they imploded like in case of controlled demolition. I don't know who told you aboutlow burning fuel temperature - they probably were provocateurs, not engineers. After 9/11 several engineers tried to find the solution how to ptotect sky scrapers from such amount of burning fuel - and conluded that nothing can be done.

      Except that the Palestinians didn't cause 9/11. It was mostly Saudia Arabians, a few Egyptians. And I don't remember Israel ever invading Afganistan. And to top it off, Bush even declined to help Israel get bunker busting bombs and use them against Iran.

      But hey, the US was asking for it, right?

    Why not focus on the guys making the trouble, and how we can solve the very complex problem with the radical fringe in Afghanistan? Ordinary, innocent muslims died along with everyone else on 9/11.

    Try: "All Christians are...(fill in the blanks)". How does it feel, and does saying it make it true?
    Your rhetoric sounds like a dangerous agenda of 'religious cleansing' of people you don't understand, who have different religious beliefs.
    Let me ask you, if you were to 'cleanse' the world of Christians because you don't like one particular group for example,
    how would you do it?

        I wholeheartedly concur with all of your comments, including Mr. Futures idealistic overthinking of what is a basic problem. Muslims can simply convert to a more relaxed and peaceful philosophy, or quit religion outright.

        What is more important than trying to understand Muslims, is that Islam be recognized for what it is, a dangerous and intolerant way of life. Once Muslims understand that our western women are not all sluts, that we prefer academics to mythology, and that Christians; Jews; Hindus; and Buddhists were here (on earth) practicing first, then maybe we can all skip together through the flowers as a family of mankind.

      Perhaps the saddest commentary on the Islamic system is the fact that even the muslims who crave for freedom are themselves terrorized by their own cultural paradigm. It is a twisted system where leaving means a death sentence and staying means tacitly supporting The Jihad against non-muslims.

      Those not born into the Islamic system do not realize the gift they have been given.

    We need to be careful who we let into this county. There is a difference between people who come here, embrace what America offers, puts old ways behind them and gets on with their new life versus people who don't want to really be here but come here because it is safer than where they were born and stay in enclaves, wear traditional dress, practice the old customs, including keeping the women enslaved, and generally disliking the American culture. England has seen this in their homegrown terrrists and I am afraid America will soon seen the same thing happening within its borders.

    Close the mosque down and if possible deport the iman asap.
