I don't know enough of the school to fairly critique it much, but I will say this. First, a church that embeds itself too deeply with secular political power is UNHEALTHY. Recall how Jesus himself said that his kingdom was not of this world. Second, if the report is to be totally believed, then the students there are basically becoming the Republican party's next generation of leadership. Historically, whenever "the" church got too cozy with any political faction, the church ended up with egg in its face. People should heed that. Finally, as several posters have illustrated, such as association with the GOP (along with the implied false claim that GOP=God's Own Party) is leading people to atheism. Bad theology leads not to good theology, but atheism. Christians should remember that.
