Sounds like a great business venture, especially for a 2nd tier city like Tampa Florida that cries out for innovative eating options. But this town also likes to tax, regulate, and liscence to death small businesses, what about when the poikce stop shooing the truck away and start giving multiple nightly tickets? If there is a food truck liscence, I wonder why Chef Roy is moved by the police. Any ideas?

Forget about the food...leveraging Twitter to connect to your audience is so simple and yet so brilliant.

overrated. the meats all taste the same with the strong "korean" flavor. I would rather have a authentic mexican taco truck any day of the week...but the people of LA are lemmings and will hop on this bandwagon like any other fad that storms through.

Andrew, I like your take on Kogi Kulture and Restaurant 2.0. You brought a sharp analysis of restaurant business to what has mostly been a foodies' take on Kogi so far. Thanks for writing an insightful article, and for talking with me when I was sketching at Santa Monica College.

Sounds like it was all the press coverage and not Twitter that spawned the success. Can we please stop the blatant cross promotion of Twitter with your news partners? Oh yeah..Tweet this.

Howard Dean went on to be chairman of the DNC while they took the Congress and the White House. What fad?

    distantsmoke:
    >Capitalism at it's best. I'm sure President Obama will hear about this, and tax them to death
    >thereby putting them out of business.

distantsmoke, you're obsession with gop talking points is taxing. you chose the perfect name. you & your party really are distant from reality. and, well, you guys really do blow a lot of smoke.

by the way, considering how you guys have trashed the capital markets, you're not exactly the best experts on capitalism, are you?

please. next time just enjoy the tacos. stuffing your face will prevent you from talking and therefore embarrassing yourself further.
