AmericanHistoryX, you need to brush up on your history. Political parties go through cycles and balance each other out. The Republicans will get the majority again and the Dems will get it back when voters choose to elect them. To say that Republicans will die out is ignorant. There will ALWAYS be liberal and conservative ideology which is a good thing. By the way, my favorite president Franklin Roosevelt was just a C student at Harvard. If republicans hadn't ran this country in to the ground for the last 8 years we wouldn't even be having this converstion. Bernie Maddox created a Ponzi scheme to dupe investors. Barack Obama has created a Budget based on assumed tax revenues from the taxpayers earning over $250,000 .
2008 saw drastic drops in Capital Gains income. The drop in the wealth Index was 60%. Taxes and irresponsible fiscal policies that reward those who do not pay taxes or meet their obligations is a Ponzi scheme with no actual funds commited to the spending increases.
The Media is abrogating their responsibility to divulge the truth, so Republicans will need all the young college youth to protect their own interests by resisting candidates that do not commit to lowering taxes and drastically cutting spending.

I was pleased to read the article on young conservatives. People were so enamored, and maybe some are no longer, of the new president. We need to honor his position, but I disagree with his policies. I believe that the liberalists are all running under the name of "democrat", nowadays, and it's so sad for America. I hope and pray that the young people realize the error of their ways before its too late to keep our country great.
