To those that claim the return of the AIG bonuses is illegal, let's just call them "bonus default swaps" and now it is legal.

Credit Default Swaps were purposely designed to avoid the normal laws that regulate insurance. This malfesance is a planned criminal act and all of the players that offerred them, bought them and rated AAA based on the CDS backing are criminals.
