Why is there no listing of countries in order of "cleanness"? We are told the US is way down the list, but exactly where are we relative to other countries. A listing would have told the story at a glance, saving a lot of discussion in the artlcle.

That will save you the time of extracting any meaningful information from this pretty useless article....

Why is there no listing of the countries in order of "cleanness"? We are told that the US is way down, but where relative to other countries? Much space is given to discusssing this, when a simple listing could have told the story at a glance.
