King David is a metaphor for an earlier ancient Story... There is no evidence that the King David of the Bible Ever lived.

The Earlier story refers to the Sumerian God Enki who send the husband (Lu-Mech, the biblical Lamech) away on a mission while he had an affair with his wife Batanash. The Result of this Affair was a child called Ziusudra or the Biblical Noah. While the Judaic Religion maintains a direct line from Adam to beyond David to Josiah and the Rabbis, the reality is a very different story. If you like to know more - check the Domainofman.

    Trogers....

Moral behaviour is the tool used by the hypocrite to hide his own descrepancies. It is society that has been trained to behave hypocrital as a result of centuries of religious indoctrinations. When society can accept and legalize prostitution as a department of social welfare ( after all it does provide a service in society where the product has buyers and sellers) We, the people as a society will have evolved out of the clutches of hypocrisy. Clinton was President! He could have made a change instead of being part of demented witch hunt.

Adultry ain't what is used to be. It might mean temporary disgrace, but it is not permanent. What Spitzer did was what many others in his circle were also doing. He was caught and he was guilty and he paid up by resigning. The damage won't last because he has so much company among the uncaught.
Moral behavior has always been a public necessity but a private option for politicians. Many of them are so far from their public persona in private the truth about them would be too unbelievable to accept.
Spitzer did not support the call girl industry singlehandedly. He was not the only hypocrite in high places. In time he will be welcomed back into the political arena because he fits in so well.

Spitz needs to get another interviewer. This one does a hatchet job on him, albeit with a dull ax.

The oyster. A pearl is being made by one eminently capable of making a pearl as oysters do so well from an irritation in the system. It remains for this good man to first discover whether the oyster is his family or his fame. We need those of his talent, but we can't have him until he finds his oyster. I am on his side.

It is interesting the one man who might have prevented the debacle of the Wall Street Bankers would be so totally destroyed just as the profit taking was to start.
I think this administration if it is truly interested in Wall Street reform should put Spitzer on the payroll, Elisabeth Warren needs the help.
If there is a single person in the country who understands just what and how Wall Street pulled off it is Spitzer.

David, another Jew and king of Israel several thousand years ago, committed adultery and another grave crime; hence, the consequences for his actions ??? series of misfortunes followed during the last years of his life.

But King David showed true contrition and received forgiveness, except in the murder of Uriah. He remained to live as king.

Society should help Eliot Spitzer redeem himself; and so for others who have gone astray. Peter denied Jesus three times, but was still allowed to head the Church.

What is the point of this article? Are supposed to empathize with this gold-plated sociopath? Lest we forget, he built his political career on (aside from his father's bottomless reserves of cash) expressions of righteous outrage against malefactors real and imagined, with lots of showy speechifying and parading of minimally-substantiated charges against those he accused. All the while he was conducting sordid affairs with women selected to meet the most sexist, narrow male fantasies (5'5", 105 lbs. is essentially anorexic, and large breasts and nonexistent waist is Barbie-like), lying to his wife and three teenage daughters (an especially vulnerable time of life for a girl, especially in her relationship with her father, whom she looks upon as role model for the males she encounters elsewhere), transporting large amounts of cash to fund his little "excursions." He got off with no prosecution, and many felt he should have been charged under the Mann Act. Meanwhile, in the state where he was erstwhile governor, tens of thousands of people, disproportionately black and Hispanic, are incarcerated for decades on minor drug or theft charges. Some liberal, some crusader. Some people should permanently crawl under a rock and never show themselves in public again. Oh, I forgot: this is America, where celebrity and fame are based on notoriety, no matter how morally egregious or despicable. Excuse me while I thro up.

As much as I disapprove of Mr. Spitzer's actions, the fact of the matter is that we shouldn't crucify the man. He has paid the price--is continuing the price--that society exacts of its fallen officials, which is all that we have the right to demand.

I was fortunate enough to catch Elliot Spitzer's appearance on, I believe it was the today show.
I was impressed and I don't get impressed easily.
If there is anyone who can help straighten out the banking mess it is Elliot Spitzer.
He's paid dearly for his indiscretion and that is the kind of thing you continue to pay for.
But he does have what it takes to fix the Wall Street banking industry. We all know that more than a few of these guys have done incredible damage to the whole of America. In short they screwed everybody in the country.
Get Spitzer on the payroll NOW.
