Sleep is an important factor in learning and often undervalued. Missing even one night of sleep can have a profound impact on cognitive function. If your child is having learning difficulties make sure this is not a contributing factor.

The reason why when we sleep we are able to solve many problems that were occupying our minds when we were awake is because our dreams are produced by a wise unconscious mind that helps the human side of our conscience fight against the domination of the wild side of our brain.

We become more intelligent as we learn how to translate the dream messages, following the unconscious??? guidance. This fact was discovered by the psychiatrist Carl Jung, but only his students could understand the value of his discoveries. I continued his research in the unknown region of the human psyche through dream interpretation, proving with recent discoveries in various scientific fields that Jung???s statements were correct, and discovering more. Everyone can discover many things following the guidance of the unconscious mind and verify this phenomenon in practice. The unconscious mind works like a doctor and a teacher, who protects our mental health and happiness.
