I can't believe I'm getting renewal notices on my subscription, and I've
just received my 2nd or 3rd issue on the first go-around.

Actually I wanted to comment on your Tech Ticker interview. I was impressed and agreed with you on every point. The only problem was your pointing out managements failure in the auto industry. There is no question that everthing falls back to management, but you do not call out the UAW management. They have a huge part in this failure and you must point that our. The UAW bluntly has always controlled production and drove decisions. Now the power they had is coming back to hurt them but the govenrment is taking the edge off of the pain. Lets see how they do when they are on the board. Can you legally sign a bargining agreement with yourself?

I enjoyed Portfolio, as it seemed to have minor glimpes of greatness. However, you are correct that something "un-innovative" about the website. While crisp, the writing and "vibe" seemed safe, which is precisely what I was NOT looking for. Oh well, another one bites the dust.
