In his first 100 days, President Obama has taken steps to fulfill campaign promises to young Americans.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama is the worst excuse of a President there ever was. His administration is kindergarten and its a Comedy of Errors. Ship all his terrorist buddies at GITMO and put them up in the White House !! Barack HUSSEIN Obama the insane Muslim punk that he is won't mind it. I really have to hand to you Americans how you can keep electing a President who is worse than the previous one. I used to like visiting the States but now I boycott you guys because you guys are stupid. Your social engineering politically correctness over-kill Nazi left-wing marxist anti-God society is not my style. The rest of the world mocks the States. The rest of the world hates the States. So you remain in Socialist Canada, because the US is too far left for you?

Concerned Canadian is NOT a Canadian,He's John McCain younger brother,That's Comedian NOT Canadian as what he wants you to believe. That Comedian is the one that Called 911 for help because of Traffic held-up in one of Virgina road last fall..
Yes. Obama is sticking today's youth with debt that cannot be paid off for generations. Obama pledged during the campaign that we would have no more earmarks. Ooops, how many earmarks were in the Omnibus Budget Plan? Too be fair, these problems did start under Bush and Obama has multiplied what Bush has done. Also, there were some Republicans who put pork in this Omnibus Bill. For instance, Senator Richard Shelby of Alabama had money for "catfish research" put in the Omnibus Bill. So, Shelby wants to help add to the Obama mess. Refreshingly, there were some Democrats who had the courage to go agianst this ridiculous budget: Evan Bayh, Russ Feingold, and Congressman Defazio of Oregon. Any of these three would be a better leader than the clown that we have in the White House.
If you cannot Survive today,What Make you think you can Survive tomorrow? Another GOP follower without Brain......Get yourself Educated!
I guess the desired clean energy legislation can be compared to the promising 'public health care plan'. the prospective competition between the sustainable energy and conventional might usher in positive effects along the way.
Yeap is like one car two diferent owner's !.....
Might as well toss this is as well.
The Associated Press Apr.29,2009:''FACTCHECK: Obama Disowns Deficit That He Helped Create''.
Pleasing spoiled children is not the answer, when you destroy the country in the process.
After weeks of grandstanding, Palin will accept stimulus funds.
Following the lead of the other 2012 GOP presidential contenders, Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) announced last month that she would reject nearly half of the $930 million Alaska was to receive from the stimulus package on education, health care, and labor. But after calling the stimulus "an unsustainable, debt-ridden package of funds," Palin has now decided to accept the vast majority of the package:
Palin spokeswoman Sharon Leighow said the governor changed her mind after the public weighed in during legislative hearings prior to lawmakers passing bills to seek almost all of the funding. Palin had warned about the state having to finance projects created by the stimulus funds after the federal money runs out. ... The only funds Palin will reject, Leighow said, will be nearly $29 million for a State Energy Program she says are tied to adopting a statewide energy code.
South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford (R) also recently backed down from his standoff with the White House over his desire to reject stimulus funding.
You can't make this stuff up..
Recall the halycon days when it was the Evil GOP that were in thrall to the equally evil ''corporate''.
Well folks,no longer. All Americans can rest easier knowing that the country is in the best of hands.
The Washington Examiner Apr. 28,2009: ''Former Aide Of Barney Frank Takes Top Lobbyist Job At Goldman-Sachs''
Vintage Obama-speak from the campaign shows that ''lobbyists'' are the very problem with representative government, but you wouldnt know it with K St. now bulging at the seams with Democrat lobbyists who have created an anthill that now dwarfs anything envisioned by an Abramoff. [whose new guise is in the person of Paul Magliochetti, top lobbyist and former aide of....Jack Murtha, now under an FBI investigation]
Conservatives throw the socialism word around here like G.W. Bush and terrorism.
I resent this article. As a one-time Environmental Scientist, i believe whole heartly in the green movement and really can't believe it's taken this long to catch on. Also, i'm drinking a glass of recycled shower water(purified obviously)). But Obama is a wolf in sheep's clothing. I think alot of people in my generation are really dazzled by shiny objects and haven't learned one of the "golden rules" of life on planet Earth; actions speak louder than words! Obama will give them what they want, more hand-outs, etc. But he won't tell them how he is really going to do it, in fact, I bet he thinks they wouldn't understand or even care about the long-term consequences of massive-forced-spending. Do college kids even take Econ-101 anymore as a college core(all majors)? I bet they replaced it with a cultural "understanding" class. Which is perfect, because peons don't need to know about economics and how the world really works anyways, they just need to fit in and look the same.
There is a great saying i heard once that i find myself living through and that is; "If your not a liberal when your young, you have no passion, but if your not a conservative by time you get old, you have no brain!"
Then it must not have bothered you when Bush, with a wink and a nod, talked down to us. How could we understand the compexities of going to war and WMDs? Did you like it when he actually thought and acted as if we [you] were the dumb ones?
How about this: the radical of one generation is the conservative of the next. Once the liberal [radical] has worn the new ideas out, the conservative adopts them as his own.
Didn't vote for Bush in his second term nor did i mention anything about him? As for Iraq, it bothered me about as much as it bothers you that our country (the most powerful in the world) doesn't do anything about genocide in Africa or lets thousands be massacred in Bosnia. What's the difference? Death through bombs or death through in-action. I said i was becoming a conservative, not a Republician. It's just that i'm getting sick and tired of seeing my tax-dollars wasted on an incompetent government who can't even get the basics done.
I agree. Obama promised to do something about the people of Darfur and so far he has sent someone to "listen" while many die of starvation and corruption. He's no better than Bush ordering war on innocents, Clinton turning his back on the Rwandan genocide, etc. etc.
NIcely said sir; Here is an economic saying that they apparently do not teach any longer in many Colleges or Universities either ---- "There is no such thing as a free lunch" (TINSTAAFL)
Obama may increase the size of the government, he may increase government spending 5 fold, he may been full of crap. However, he is not responsible for the death of tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis who had NOTHING to do with 9/11. I'd rather be in a bankrupted nation when I"m older then have the blood of innocent people on my hands. End of story.
Yeah terrorists still hiding in Afghanistan after our conservative leader lost the ball. At least Obama is coming to get them
Kind of like thousands of innocent Americans died in 9/11 at the hands of TERRORISTS they had nothing to do with? Hmm..what a coincidence.
yeah, o's really done a ton different than bush in iraq and he's for sure not doing what clinton did in afghanistan, i'm betting you can sleep just fine not having innocent blood on your hands, since i doubt you've probably never even been close to having to shet a drop of sweat or blood to fight a war on terrorism, i'm sorry did i say the "t" word? what are we calling it these days? big change.
The real question is, would have McCain done any better? The answer is absolutely no. The economy is slowly picking up, we are finally facing the real evils of 9/11 in Afghanistan, and the U.S is mending ties with moderate Muslims across the world. Despite all the comments from conservatives on this page, their party was unable to do any of these the past eight years or come up with any new solutions in the election. As for government spending, I am more than willing to pay for better schools, better roads and clean energy. As the saying goes, it takes money to make money, and I believe we are truly investing in a more efficient and powerful America.
GOP know Nothing excepts, With the Word "BANKRUPT" Financially, Political's Ideology or Ethical'Values. For YEARS they have nothing better to say only " Women's Womb".

Your "Messiah" George W. Bush did that a... Long Time Ago
8 Years to be Exact.
Now Blame Obama for the Next 8 Years.
When does Obama take responsability for the country's present state? If by sept of 2009 he is not fully culpable, then 9/11 happened on Clintons watch!
Thinking that more gov't student loans (or pell grants) makes education "more affordable" is the same type of backassward thinking that supposes that making it so that everyone can qualify for a mortgage would create "affordable housing"... it doesn't work that way! When everyone lines up to buy a house with cheap, easy credit, housing prices skyrocket.
The more people line up to pay for something with money/credit that they obtained without having to work for it the more the price for that particular thing rises... duh.
As Dr. Thomas Sowell explains in his excellent book "Economic Fallacies" (to paraphrase), when everyone can finance their college costs with artificially low rate easy to get gov't loans, universities have no incentive whatsoever to limit their costs to what the market will bear if people had to actually come up with the money out-of-pocket.
Believing that easy to get gov't student loans are a good thing is just another example of of a dumbed down gullible public swallowing gov't propaganda in one giant gulp.
Generation Obama, listen up! The One is not making life easier for you. He is helping you bury yourself in debt before you have even started out in life. He is burying you under mountains of gov't debt (in the form of future higher taxes) for the rest of your life! Don't fall for it. Socialism/Communism has not worked in any country ever, and it won't work here.
This video of an ex KGB agent explaining step by step how to inflitrate and demoralize a country is truly frightening:

It decribes what is happening today (and has happended for the last 50 years) in the U.S. with breathtaking accuracy.
Your argument don''t carry any basic logic,,my answer is simple as this. " IF you can't even survive today, what make you think to survive tomorrow"?
100 days is a random milestone, created because Americans love to quantify everything.

Here's some [Honesty] Coming from a Republican Conservative on the Limited Republican Party.
Pat Buchanan acknowledged to MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall on Tuesday that his party is facing a severe "demographic problem" in the years to come -- specifically, the GOP is on its way to becoming an all-white party.
"There's a real demographic problem with the Republican Party," Buchanan said. "It is a heavily white party, quite frankly. And as a share of the electorate, that is diminishing and Hispanics are growing very rapidly, Asians are growing rapidly, and by two-thirds they tend to vote Democratic."
Buchanan told Hall that the party is losing young people as well.
"Young people increasingly are more liberal and more socially moderate, and they move away from the Republican Party," he said. "These things are undeniable, the Republican party ... is in tough shape."
But Buchanan said the party shouldn't be written off just yet, and said Republicans have made impressive comebacks from deep deficits before.
I went though the Goldwater disaster, when we were down to 140 House seats and we were dead forever, and I came with Nixon in '66 and we won 47 House seats and we won 5 out of the next 6 presidential elections. I don't think that's necessarily in the cards, but I think it'd be foolish at this point when Obama is at his peak, really, to write off the Republican party for 2010.
Pat Buchanan told MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall Tuesday that the Republican party is facing a tough time as the result of demographic shifts across the country, but it isn't dead yet. "There's a real dem...
