Secretary of State will not hold powers of Secretary Geithner because Clinton obviously does not have foreign policy clout, preparedness approaching what Geithner possesses for his chair__or Secretary Gates for defense chair. Watch! Secretary of State will continue a minor player in a big chair. Hillary Clinton in Obama administration will not function a la Condi Rice in the Bush 2 FP and presidency. The first 100 days have described Secretary of State's limited portfolio, and the real role Clinton will play in Obama foreign policy will, I wager, continue small-ish!
