Maybe facebook shouldn't waste so much time on a non-existent problem, and should focus more on their customer service department. As it turns out, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of a real person for a real problem on facebook. They do not reply to e-mails and do not have a customer service phone number at which you can reach them. I didn't even waste my time reading about these "real people" employed by facebook, because I'm convinced "real people" don't even work there.
