We let them do? You mean I was offered a choice in what they were doing in my name? Funny, nobody mentioned that to me. The first I knew of it was our country being dragged through the gutter on the front pages of newspapers.

BY all means, have an investigation and air everything out. Do not be shy about holding our elected respresentatives to account for breaking the laws of our country because that is the only way I see to keep this crap from happening again, but to our own citizens next time. As the old expression goes "the truth shall set you free, but it's probably going to piss you off first".

Imagine - your daughter has been kidnapped. She has been kept in an isolated confined space with limited air for quite along time and it will soon run out and she will suffocate - a slow agonizing death unless she is found and rescued. You have captured the perpetrator, he has admitted to taking her, given specific details to confirm it but won't tell you where she is. Do you ask him nicely "please tell me where she is." Do you honestly think this scum bag will tell you? Or do you do what needs to be done to save your daughter's life? Now multiply that scenario exponentially to include a city block in a major metropolitan area. National assets have in custody one of a two man terrorist team set to detonate a small dirty bomb in 2 hours. Do you ask him nicely to tell you where his friend is? Do you really think this religious loony will tell you? Or do you do what needs to be done to save the lives of the hundreds, maybe thousands of people that could be effected. Just a thought...
