Why is there not one word recorded in any US Government Agency, any University, any legitimate agency that documents and records American history and/or American political history that says anything like that or implies what earthorbitsthesun says? The answer is because it is a lie. A lie fabricated by earthorbitsthesun to use as a platform to unleash his racist slanderous blanket covering all Blacks. Saying Black people do not remember who it was that lynched their loved ones. Blacks do not remember who it was that bombed their churches.

Black people do know and that is why hardly any of them vote Republican. Because Black people know that it was Southern White Racists that now mostly vote Republican. The majority of Southern Racists that implemented Jim Crow laws in every single Southern State. His lie is they were all democrats and Black people cannot remember that. How can any God fearing American ignore and/or support such racist lies? The commentary illustrates eartorbitsthesun???s racism. I believe that only a racist could even think up such denigrating and false characterizations about Blacks.

Of course you did not notice any of this when you ask me if I am a hater? Sheesh ToTheRight. If you insist on asking me, the Black guy if I am a hater when I respond to such racist rhetoric, you may as well stop. Nothing you nor anybody else is going to convince me that I do not recognize racism when I see it or hear it. Those of you for one reason or another define racism when a Black person opposes it are wasting your time even saying anything to me.

The dollar is in a free fall, inflation will be back, so oil through the roof. I would refinance now if you have to becuase int. rates are going higher and it will be beyond anyone's control.
Taxes for EVERYONE, (who pays taxes in the first place anway), are going to go through the roof.
the risk that was feared about the attitude of "do what it takes" is coming true. It sounds positive and sounds like action is being taken, but what it really means is "anything can happen." Tearing up of ontracts, limits to salary and travel, bullying by envrionemtal agencies, nationalization of autos, heaclthcare, financials, etc..this is all happening. Huge goverment intrusion of freedom is happening. They are basically pushing their hidden agenda day to day without a real up-front concrete plan. If contracts can be ripped up at anytime, if Managements can be removed at anytime. It is only getting worse. How can you say this is good for growth, the economy and this country? Scary stuff.
Oh and this comical concern over greenhouse gases is getting out of control. People like al Gore are making fortunes my pushing fear to the public that the world is going to be underwater, blah blah blah. If you actually look at the gases in the earth's atmosphere, CO2 compnent is nothing but a tiny sliver. Nitrogen obviously dominates with well over half, followed by Oxygen and Water vapor. You can't even see CO2 in the pie chart. Oxygen and Water Vapor are 562 times greater than CO2.
Yes we need to be more responsible with earth. Yes we need alt. energy. The way we are going about it is rediculous and we are leaving out the 2 best options, nat gas and nuclear energy.
By the way, Pelosi is screwed..hopefully and finally!!

ToTheRight, I admit that I chuckled a little when I read your response regarding me. Am I a hater or not. The reason I laughed is because of your obvious selective points of view. Earthorbitsthesun stated that Black people vote Democratic because they forgot that it was Democrats that exercised racist Jim Crow laws. A monumental lie. His misleading attempt to define racism by political affiliation as far as I am concerned is nothing more than a false attempt to absolve any Southern White Republican from their role in violent racism. What makes his statements racist is his framing Blacks in a stereotypical, and slanderous manner. His racist view that Blacks vote Democratic because they forgot who the actual racists are is completely false,, completely racist.

Anytime any person of any race makes comments that blanket an entire ethnicity of forgetting (what is the implication there) such an era of inhumanity, an era of profound hate, an era that millions of Blacks alive today are suffering through, wearing the scars. An era so shameful that American Society intervened to once again put a stop to it. An era that not one member of American Society, indeed not one Industrialized nation is not aware of. The incredible horror Southern White Racists inflicted upon Blacks. Yet earthorbitsthesun says that Black people vote Democrat because they don???t remember (what is the implication there) who did these things. Tell me ToTheRight where and/or what does he use to corroborate his racist statement about Blacks other than his racist opinion?

Now even if you choose to believe such nonsense, even if you take no offense to such a slanderous, and false racist comment about Blacks. How can you deny that is a racist statement? If you do not accept that as a racist statement, what the heck is your definition of a racist statement? Do you think racisms is a term that takes on different meanings for different people?

Do you think there is no universal definition of racism that makes the distinction between opinions and actual racist rhetoric? If it was Democrats that exercised racism in the south and not White Racists throughout the South, no distinction by political affiliation, why is it that only earthorbitsthesun and other likeminded Southern Conservatives know this. How come those that forced and end to Jim Crow laws have never mentioned that?

One of our bigest problems to hurt some one is to joke about another person directly and indirectly and the excuse always is sence of humor on it why because we have no respect to no body we learn at the school with our parents and we think all is ok, just a comment ......

Actually that is not as noteworthy in 2009 as it was when people like you had free reign to exercise malevolent behavior because of your racist, at these point manifested by slanderous, nasty rhetoric targeted towards Blacks. It has occurred to me that if I fail to be sober minded you can actually get under my skin. Something that I cannot adequately get my mind around is a sensation that warned me that I was approaching that is when I read your comment that included ???Rangers.??? I suspect my age and maturity kicked in but you did remind me of something.

I grew up in a small town in Western Pennsylvania. Knowing nothing other than small town young men learn. How to swim. Be respectful of others and your elders. How to hunt. How to swim and fish. Play baseball, football, etc??? By age 19, having dropped out of college and joined the Army I began to experience different things, from different people from different parts of the United States. What you reminded me of happened up in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Dahlonega, GA. It was the Mountain phase of Ranger School.

There were about eleven of us staying in a cabin for this second phase of training. One was a hard faced White guy with a somewhat acidic sense of humor. One was a Marine. A Gunny Sgt. Tall slim, and pretty much quiet, pensive. I do not know the reason but the White guy I referred to started teasing the Marine, also a White guy. He kept calling the Marine a jaireen. Acidic, nastily. It got to the point where I noticed he was actually picking on the Marine, tormenting the Marine. Making fun of the Marine. All of a sudden the Marine leapt on the soldier, started wailing away, punching him furiously, dangerously. It took five of us to pull that Marine off of that guy. When we finally restrained the Marine, the Marine had a look in his eyes I cannot truly describe. He had tears in his eyes. He looked directly into the eyes of the man he had just been forced to stop hitting and said in a quiet, serene and serious voice,??? Don???t you ever talk down about the Marines. The Marines are like a Mother to me.???

This happened up in the mountains with nobody present but men. I learned something at that moment that I thought I knew but obviously did not. One do not piss of a Marine. Another, given the right circumstances a man will surely take to task other silly men failing to understand what they unleash by their nasty rhetoric and attitudes. Out of all the racist slanderous rhetoric you said about Blacks. That incident never came into my mind. I strongly suggest you stop pretending you know anything about Rangers because you truly do not and I do not find your callous, inaccurate references to Rangers, how they are trained, in any way informative, funny or credible.

RACIST. Not one Black person had it coming. There is no such thing as a reasonable explanation for even one Southern White to go along with, support, perpetuate or accept codifying racism into law. Other than the reality these people were racist and preferred racism as the thype of community life they wanted to live in. I will not be surprised if millions of racist Whites in the south ahve a coniption because a majority of American elected a black President and they hate that Black President and do not care too much for the Americans that voted for that Black President. But when it comes to taking a chance on really anfering those millions of Whites that voted for and elected President Obama racist Whites remember. They remember when Southern Blacks peacefully marched in protest of their racist oppression and ended up being mass arrested. Churches bombed, etc... As soon as those two White college students were murdered and the response from non-racist Whiets was to travel and walk arm in arm with the oppressed Blacks. Southern Racist Whites learned the danger of attempting to defy those non-racist Whites. Shortly after that Jim Crow, the notion of codifyong racism into law evaporated like a drop of water on a sidewalk on a hot afternoon in Alabama. Most people, as much as we have seen done to this nation and its people by racists still have no idea who they are dealing with when it comes to racists.

We cannot borrow our way out of debt. We cannot spend our way to prosperity. We are more likely to advance the cause of our people by looking forward than by concentrating efforts on a rear-view-mirror blamestorm directed at the last set of inepts. Let's focus on a rational plan to reinvigorate American industry and agriculture. That would provide productive jobs generating new wealth to fund a prosperous life and a stream of new tax revenues to pay for a sustainable government.
Or we could continue borrowing money from Asia to spend on Asian goods, buying jet fuel by the boatload from our friends in the Middle East to fly the speaker of the house in her military jet, and ignore the lessons of nations that have neglected to build stable economies. Welcome to Zimbabwe.

President Obama's Poll average is 65%---- Repiglican Party 20%. Shows that the people have finally caught on to the Party of Hate and their Smear tactics. Thank God a prayer has been answered. Only 20% will admit they are a republican, can't blame them.!!
