    Yeah it is Norm. And the fact remains that Americans are being tortured and mistreated in America. Right now, in nearly all of its prisons and jails. The scathing 2007 Prisons Report by Amnesty International displays a cavalier disregard for American prisoners that are the routine subjects of torture,abuse,medical maltreatment,and worse. It is thus the height of hypocrisy to allow these conditions to go unremarked while standing by an erroneous position that the nation ''return''to an honor it never possessed to begin with regarding these Iraqi prisoners just for starters.     This is the kind of issue that needs consideration. I think that it is a very good thing to block the release of these pictures, because they would prove to be inflammatory, but, also, that we must not sweep this issue under the rug, as it should never happen again.

    I am a patriot republican american and if the supreme court grants the president the power to withhold the release of these photos I support my president, keep it up mr. obama!!!
