    Qualifications being equal or better of course, this is the slot for an Hispanic female. Just as with Thomas and Ginsburg, it's the only way to have the court reflect the makeup of the population it administers jurisprudence to --- found a cool site; Balkingpoints ; incredible satellite view of earth

    Well, she is first, and formost a Democrat. So she will leap through every hoop they shake at her.
    All for the benefit of Democrats, of course. Emboldening the "hispanic" voting bloc is a scam being put over on us by your friendly neighborhood democrats. I am appalled at the inference of spanish wordings of anything American. Political cartoons abound with it, and Im sure it is in jest, but where will "ethnic" empowerment end? Will there be an islamic justice next?
    An asian? How abiout a monkey? They all will corrupt the constitution in some way to favor their own kind.
