    Bama-Nomics is destroting America.

    THIS is Reality under Bama-Nomics:

Skyrocketing unemployment, skyrocketing national debt, 18% increase in foreclosures, big increase in bad loans, a Trillion dollar PORK America program, forced auto maker bankruptcies and the elimination of thousands of businesses and millions more jobs.

How's that HOPE and CHANGE working out for those who have lost their job, home and life?

We "only" lost 601,000 more U.S. jobs last month... ONLY 601,000 MORE! Wait until Next Month when the lost auto industry jobs start to be counted. We're talking MILLIONS MORE lost U.S. jobs.

In fact the 601,000 is the number of NEW people who filed for unemployment benefits, not the actual number of jobs lost, which is higher.

When enough people have no job, no home and they are hungry, they will understand that Bama-Nomics is killing America.

The SHEEP can talk B.S. all day long but it doesn't reduce the Human Devastation caused by Bama's failed economic policies. Bama and the SHEEP need to get out of DENIAL and into Reality.

Thanks for enumerating the haemorrhagic bleeding the country is still going through because of Bush's disastrous deregulation. Hopefully President Obama will be able to pull us through this.

I've been writing on the Obama Blog now for almost 11 months, where I have 77 articles, concerning my suspicions about Tim Geithner, Larry Summers, the economy, DERIVATIVES and the way the HEDGE FUND DEALERS are using them with VIRTUALLY NO REGULATIONS. I agree with the following quote: "Senator Dorgan warned in 1999 that "massive taxpayer bailouts" would result from the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act, a move that allowed investment and commercial banks to merge. Both Senator Dorgan and Senator Cantwell are worried about loopholes that will permit firms to keep trillions of dollars of derivative trades in the shadows, escaping regulation." For months now, I've been talking that I don't think anything will change until GLASS-STEAGALL is reinstated and HEDGE FUNDS and TOXIC DERIVATIVES have real REGULATIONS put on them. The TRILLIONS of dollars of TOXIC DERIVATIVES they're circulating in the economy, up to now, haven't been defined as an ASSET but maybe even WORTHLESS but somebody in the government should decide QUICKLY. The reason it isn't going to be done quickly is because "Senator Cantwell says Gary Gensler is already "whining" about how hard it is going to be to get new regulations past Wall Street." I believe what the HEDGE FUND DEALERS would like to do is take over commercial Banking and if they can keep regulations to a minimum, they'll keep getting their HUGE BONUSES and no one will really know what's going on because of ELECTRONIC TRADING and the money is moving so fast, the CORRUPTION will get even worse, rather than better because there's no way to AUDIT anything and there has to be TRUST put back in the system.

The only health care reform we need is to kick the illegals out of the system. If we quit paying for health care and education for citizenship thieves it would save hundreds of billions of dollars a year.

We MUST have health care reform this year. As a former health care giver, I am sad to see Profit Care is now more important than Patient Care. www.wisecountyissues.com/?p=62 In East Tennessee and southwest Virginia what the heath care system is selling is nothing at all like what really is their "acceptable standards " on public record in Greeneville, TN Federal Court, cases no. 2:04-cv-375. Apparently it's legal to lie about health care and legal to run false and misleading advertising about health care in TN & VA.

Are you getting this? She is saying women and minority judges should not even strive toward objectivity, impartiality or blind justice, but should indulge their subjective experiences to apply the law with partiality aforethought, presumably to remedy past perceived or actual wrongs, even if unwarranted by objective application of the law. They should ignore or twist the law to achieve their desired policy result.
To the objection that Sotomayor was just theorizing in a harmless speech, I would respond by reminding you ??? again ??? of her pivotal role in that now-notorious concrete case of Ricci v. DeStefano, in which she summarily and cavalierly affirmed a district court's decision to cheat firefighters of their duly earned promotions because no black candidates passed the tests.
Talk about empathy all you want, but she and her fellow judges displayed no empathy for those who played by the rules. With strokes of their pens, they discriminated against successful candidates and caused them real damage by changing the rules after the fact ??? not to mention the damage their ruling might have caused to the quality of fire departments, whose job is to save lives and property.
Those ordinarily quickest to cry "racism" are expressing outrage that certain commentators have used that term to describe Sotomayor's statements and rulings that would be universally condemned if made by, say, Trent Lott. But the fact remains that Sotomayor apparently approves of reverse discrimination, and President Obama must have known that in advance. Obama is a militant proponent of get evenism, that is, using the power of the state ??? actually, misusing the power of the state ??? to even the score for minorities and/or the economically less fortunate.
It was Obama, after all, who said: "Solving our racial problems in this country will require concrete steps, significant investment. We have a lot of work to do to overcome the long legacy of slavery and Jim Crow. It can't be purchased on the cheap." Are we to assume that the Civil War and the civil rights movement were "on the cheap"?
And it was Obama's Justice Department that just inexplicably dismissed a slam-dunk case against the New Black Panther members who intimidated voters and polling judges at a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008. This, despite the fact that one civil rights lawyer said it was the most blatant form of voter intimidation he had ever seen and the fact that the defendants didn't even bother to file pleadings with the court or raise any defenses to the charges.
Whether or not race played a factor in this dismissal, President Obama has a long way to go before claiming he's a post-racial president. Reverse discrimination is still discrimination, and reverse racism is racism. None of us is exempted of our duty to rise above them.

It amazes me that for all the attention Judge Sonia Sotomayor has attracted for a racially charged statement in a 2001 speech, few are tying her attitude to President Barack Obama's. Just as he knew precisely what his 20-year pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, was about and approved, he knew, prior to nominating her, what Sonia Sotomayor is about and approved. In both cases, he just didn't want us to know.
In her 2001 speech at Berkeley, Sotomayor said, "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."
Obama's apologists claim Sotomayor's statement was taken out of context. But the context of her prepared remarks makes the statement more ??? not less ??? incriminating.
The sentences preceding the statement were: "Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences, a possibility I abhor less or discount less than my colleague Judge (Miriam) Cedarbaum, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging. Justice (Sandra Day) O'Connor has often been cited as saying that a wise old man and wise old woman will reach the same conclusion in deciding cases. I am ??? not so sure that I agree with the statement." First, it's important to note that she's not talking about trial judges, for example, who might be more or less lenient in their sentencing within the prescribed sentencing guidelines, but about appellate judges applying the law.
Next, Sotomayor is not just saying that as imperfect human beings, judges sometimes rule differently because, try as they might to be impartial, no human being can be totally impartial.
Nor is she merely saying that women, based on their gender, rule differently from men or that those of different nationalities rule differently based on those differences, but that they should do so and that their rulings usually are superior because of it.

If Obama refuses to cut back on his spending/stimulus plans (despite convincing evidence that Americans are not spending the money), he has three options:
    a) He can raise taxes, which will trigger a deeper recession;
    b) He can print money, which will trigger huge inflation;
    c) He can pay more interest to borrow money, which will send the economy diving down again.
The blame for these outcomes will fall squarely on Obama???s deficit and spending policies. The fact that Americans are aware of these issues, and already disapprove of Obama???s performance on them, indicates that they will be increasingly receptive to blaming him for the ???new??? recession.
Ultimately, it is a politician???s performance on specific issues that determines his electability. Personal favorability withers in the face of issue differences. Obama is about to find out that you cannot rely on image to bolster your presidency when the underlying issues are crumbling.

All this data suggests that Obama might run out of steam just as he gets to his healthcare agenda. As unemployment mounts, month after month, and Obama???s claims of job creation (or savings) ring hollow, it is possible that he will not have the heft to pass his radical restructuring of the healthcare system. The automaton Democratic majority may pass it anyway, but it will be a one-way ticket to oblivion if they do.

At last, there is convincing evidence that Obama???s poll numbers may be descending to earth. While his approval remains high ??? and his personal favorability is even higher ??? the underlying numbers suggest that a decline may be in the offing. Even as he stands on his pedestal, the numbers under his feet are crumbling.

According to a Rasmussen poll, more voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats to handle the economy, by a margin of 45-39. Scott Rasmussen notes that ???this is the first time in over two years of polling that the GOP has held the advantage on this issue.??? Last month, he had the Democrats holding a one-point lead, but they lost it in June???s polling.
And the Democratic leads over Republicans on their core issues are also dropping. Particularly interesting is the Democratic decline over healthcare, from an 18-point lead in May to only 10 points now.
A Gallup poll also confirms that the president???s personal ratings are high, but the underlying data less so. While 67 percent of voters give Obama personal favorable ratings and 61 percent approve of his job performance (Rasmussen has his job approval lower, at 55 percent), they give him much lower ratings on specific issues.

Gallup shows Obama getting only 55 percent approval on his handling of the economy (down from 59 percent in February) and finds that only 45 percent approve of his handling of federal spending while 46 percent approve of his treatment of the budget deficit.
As it becomes clearer that the deficit caused by spending has landed us in a new economic crisis, entirely of Obama???s own making, his popularity and job performance are likely to drop as well.
The old recession ??? that the public says was caused by Bush ??? shows signs of winding down. But the new recession and/or inflation ??? triggered by Obama???s massive deficits ??? is just now coming upon us.

$50M in stimulus will help fish farmers buy feed
    17 hours ago
OSAGE BEACH, Mo. (AP) ??? The United States is about to spend $50 million in stimulus money on fish food to help fish farmers who have been struggling since feed prices jumped 50 percent last year.
The money could provide algae to nourish clam and oyster larvae along the Pacific coast, fill the bellies of tilapia in Arizona and feed catfish, trout and gamefish in the Midwest and South.
Supporters say many fish farms are in already poor areas. They say the money will help keep the farms going and preserve jobs in areas hard hit by the recession and lacking other industries.
Much of the money is likely to end up in Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas ??? the nation's largest catfish producers. Catfish accounts for one-third of the nation's $1.4 billion aquaculture industry.

TAMPA (Bay News 9) -- Tampa won't be honoring the Council on American-Islamic Relations this year.
According to Bay News 9's partner paper, the St. Petersburg Times, Mayor Pam Iorio is ending the four-year tradition with CAIR.
Iorio said the Tampa Jewish Federation suggested she take a closer look at the group, which has been accused of having ties to terrorist groups.
The mayor said she based her decision on the information available to her.

what is a narcissist ??? and is the president of the United States indeed a narcissist, a condition psychology and psychiatry recognize as a serious personality disorder?
That's the radioactive question the May issue of WND's acclaimed Whistleblower takes on, titled "NARCISSIST IN CHIEF: Experts explain what makes Barack Obama tick."
In "NARCISSIST IN CHIEF," Whistleblower's formidable team of experts ??? including psychiatrists, psychologists and astute political analysts ??? tackle this question, and in the process, serve up some stunning information and insights for readers.
"I think it???s critically important, now more than ever, to understand our president???s core beliefs and to realize that if we embrace them fully, we???ll be well on our way to becoming the U.S.S.A.," says Brian Russell, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist, attorney and familiar national television pundit. And according to Lyle H. Rossiter Jr., M.D., a board certified psychiatrist who has diagnosed and treated mental disorders for more than 40 years, it's not just Obama: America's leadership ranks are full of people with serious psychological problems, declaring that "the modern liberal mind, its distorted perceptions and its destructive agenda are the product of disturbed personalities."
"This is surely one of the most fascinating ??? and possibly most important ??? Whistleblower issues we've ever produced," said David Kupelian, editor of Whistleblower and managing editor of WorldNetDaily. "Some of the articles, including the ones by narcissism expert Sam Vaknin, Ph.D., and forensic psychiatrist Lyle Rossiter, M.D., are nothing short of brilliant. They make it crystal clear for the reader exactly what's going on inside the brains of those leading America today. This is definitely a paradigm-busting edition of Whistleblower

I am relieved someone is diligently trying to plug holes that, although as big as ever, are becoming harder and harder to find as the fall of 2008 becomes more distant. Sometimes, the rules of the morning don???t apply in the afternoon. Bill Clinton???s policies worked in the 90???s, but will not work in the vastly different business and financial environment that we confront today. Not just regulation, but aggressive regulation is necessary to allow our economy and the world economy, in a recognizable form, to survive into the 21st Century.

Pundits who attempt to ???position??? our current crisis as just another ???down??? among the ???ups??? of capitalism may be comfortable in their charmed circle of peers, but are lost in space among Americans who have experienced job losses, foreclosure and massive losses in personal wealth. Every generation has a right to expect and demand a lifetime without this kind of economic debacle. We???ve been smart enough and informed enough for almost 70 years to avoid everything that has happened in the 12 months. At least we were until ???deregulation??? stopped being a narrowly and carefully crafted policy applied for the greater economic good, and morphed into a magic word that allowed policy makers to mystically dispense with both the lessons of the past and the collection of necessary data in the present.
