My employer has cut staff, cut pay and cut benefits. While I am happy to be working, I wonder why senior management got raises and bonus checks while those of us who do most of the actual work for our customers are sacrificing more and more. It seems like the usual thing, those in power feather their own nests while playing a shell game with the numbers to justify pain for everyone else.
