Remembering Michael

My heart is so broken......when August 29th comes around I'll be reminded of the fact that Michael is no longer with us, and that will make my birthday that much more sad......I'm only consoled by the fact that Michael is in peace now, no longer a tortured, lonely soul....and he left a rich legacy that makes me smile every time I hear his beautiful, angelic voice. Micheal, from the bottom of my heart, I'll love you eternally.....for the most amazing, gentle soul you are and the greatist entertainter that walked this earth! Mr. Jones, thank you for your story on Michael. MJ was a true genius. His heart was all good and he loved children because of their innocence and he knew he could trust them. Unfortunately those innocent children have BAD parents who only looked at Michael and saw dollar signs. I don't believe Michael could hurt a bug much less a child. Thank you Michael for all you gave the world, you were the greatest humanitarian that ever lived and probably the greatest humanitarian there will ever be in this world. My heart goes out to MJ's children and what they are going to have to go through without their loving father, to his Mother and Father and Sisters and Brothers for their loss and to the world for the greatest loss of a genuine loving genius who just wanted to be happy and love the world he lived in. Michael is singing with the Angels, listen for his beautiful melody in your heart, it will be there.

I love Michael's and Quincy's contributions to music to death but I'm sorry, MJ lived a junkie and died a junkie. I was once in the music biz and got out because I couldn't handle being around drug addicts. The Jackson family needs to use their status to educate the public about the dangers of abusing drugs.

Why does everyone keep misspelling Michael's name?!?! It is NOT Micheal IT IS Michael!!!

I believe that over the course of time people will realize Micheal Jackson's best music was with the Jackson 5. There are some songs on his own that are great. However, songs like Got to Be There, Never Can Say Good-Bye, Ben, and Stop the Love are classic lyrisc. Micheal over did it with his love for children. Micheal is The King of Pop.

I agree with citizenPZ - but speaking in terms of this article, Quincy Jones could have helped Michael again. In fact, I read that Michael had ask Quincy to help in the production of his new album - and Quincy refused. So anything I'm reading or viewing with Quincy providing dialogue, I basically tune him OUT. So many people turned their back on him in the industry; all Michael wanted to do was create music and perform it. 14 counts of not guilty in a court of law and the press barely blinked a STONG headline stating this fact. Just in 'weak print' of his acquittal. Radio stations are playing his music more than I've heard in years. Vultures. My prayer are for the Jackson family and all those who were his true friend in life. He will be missed.
