    I dont think there is a real deal here on this issue. I think they were just disposing thier nuclear waiste material leftovers..

    Invariably, the two leaders decide only to reduce the stockpile of nuclear war heads. This is as good as not reducing. After all, whatever remaining would be more than enough to wipe off our civilization if not obliterate the entire mankind.

    I have expected that much. What an incredible showmanship! What a political stunt!
