  the price for ; 2996 who were not protected by their president on 9-11,the thousands of American soldiers and iraqi civilians, the hundreds or so how died after katrina hit who sat for 5 days before a bottle of water was even sent to new orleans by our fedral gov't(they took 2 days to get boots on the ground in sri lanka after the tsumani) I think the punishment fits.
