Mr. Gross should have a better fact checker. I would find his article more credible if he actually knew what the FHA stood for. "During the go-go years, the Federal Housing Authority," It is not the Federal Housing Authority, it is the Federal Housing Administration.

The Bankers should have read Sartre and Camus when they were undergraduates. They should be reading Dante now.

If the financial wizards had read Camus and Sartre, or even Shakespeare, as undergraduates, they might have considered the ramifications of their actions upon those around them. The operative word being "might". They should be reading Dante now. It will give them a glimpse of what awaits them.
