    Apolitical:

You have passed misinformed and are now in the area of "as dumb as a post."

    a. Obama's $800 billion non-stimulus bill is more than half of this years deficit. The $400 billion omnibus spending bill with 9000 earmarks didn't help. "Cash for Clunkers" was a boondoggle, as was the bailouts of GM and Chrysler.

    b. CIA is paralyzed with fear. Instead of looking for the bad guys they are looking over their shoulders for Obama witch hunters.

    c. Only an idiot would want to get rid of America's nuclear weapons which have kept the peace since 1945.

    d. Socialism -- A system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state. Sounds like ObamaCare to me.

"Insurance is basically a socialist concept." is probably the most truly ignorant thing that you have ever said. Insurance dates back to ancient Rome at least 2000 years before a socialist took his first breath.

donald - shows you don't know economics and I'm amazed you found the nerve to comment. Bush/Cheney Great Recession caused $1.6 trillion in first year deficit with the interventions necessary to turn-around the battered economy. Obama subsequent years will suffer deficit since the Great Recession depressed government revenues with the loss of profits of business and loss of income of Americans due to continuing unemployment.

It's hardly "dismantling of intelligence services" running after rogues in the CIA for their illegal tortures. Although I understand, in the right-wing world illegality and ethics violations are hardly cause for prosecution nor embarrassment.

Yeah, it's really hard to get the genie back to the bottle but it got to start somewhere unlike in the Republican world where doing nothing is the standards.

Again, you should at least research the term socialism. Insurance is basically a socialist concept. Proves my point that you are such an idiot and don't know the meaning of the term.

paulejb - Obama's deficit was made inevitable by trying to turn-around Bush/Cheney-caused Great Recession. CIA was corrupted by Bush/Cheney/Rice's torture policy. Obama is trying to rid the world of nuclear weapons. You don't know anything about socialism like your angry teaparty townhall disrupting friends who shouts against socialism when they are in fact benefiting from a socialized Medicare.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Were you addressing me, Apolitical? If so, you remain misinformed.

    a. Obama's deficit is all his own. It represents his priorities and no one else's. The "Bush made me do it" excuse will not work.

    b. We are at war. Hardly the time to be dismantling the intelligence services just to appease the America hating left.

    c. Any one so foolhardy to believe that the genie of nuclear weapons can be put back in the bottle needs a keeper.

    d. Socialism is what you see in every Obama proposal. He has little use for liberty and individual initiative. Obama is an acolyte of the Church of the Almighty Government. Medicare was sold to the American people as an insurance program, not socialism. Are you saying that the government lied to the folks?
