Shortly after posting my comment in regards to this being one of the worst
Supreme Court decisions ever, I was informed that the Court has agreed to
hear the case of convicted Enron boss Jeff Skilling, much to the consternation
of many people in solidly red suburban Houston.

This is a clearly a court which has been crafted to serve Corporate. Its shameful
and corrupt conduct will be the lasting legacy of the 30 year Red Reign.

The President is doing his rounds overseas but there is still a lot of work to do at home. Damage claim on the way
California Governor and Bill Lockyer???s Tax Credit Allocation Committee have not provided documents as requested under the Public Records Act. The tax credit committee was notified today that a $1 million claim for damages will be filed naming the Governor, TCAC, Thomas Safran Associates, and the Mayor and Council of Los Angeles for failing to respond to the three requests. Thomas Safran and Urban Futures manage/monitor thousands of apartments in Los Angeles and have admitted to a pattern and practice of intentionally not complying with state and federal affordable housing tax credit regulations, such policies effecting the rights of thousands of families and senior citizens. Ellis Cose expresses concern
In his "Fired is the New Retired"
That older folk are getting burned
More, because more are getting fired.
The government will change all that,
As jobs and wages get controlled,
And run by some czar bureaucrat.
It won't matter how young or old.
The government will make the choice,
Based not on want, but based on need.
    Disagreement will have no voice.
Some job, some wage for all - indeed!

No worry about job and wage.
We'll have government while we age.
