WHY would I put any stock in an ideology that says "SWEET, now that I'm a feminist, I can be just as gross as I stereotype all men to be!" I'm not impressed. TRUE feminism is when women have realized that they can CHOOSE to say no to the behavior they so seemingly despise instead of immitate, and verily revolutionize the way the world thinks about objectification. I'd rather make a sanwich for George Bush everyday for the rest of my life than buy into your brand of "feminism."

What is so WRONG with marriage??? What is UNNATURAL about it? It shouldn't be reduced to a formal mating ritual! Marriage is between consenting, RATIONAL, human beings who DESERVE to have that sense of security in each other, NOT animals. What about the fact that marriage ceremonies, or ceremonies that a join a man and a woman together in a unique and beatiful bond are present in ALL known societies? HOW could children be properly raised without the institution of marriage? It's a backbone of societies everywhere!

I've been sexually assaulted, so thanks for the insensitive and incendiary dig. And yeah. I hope it never happens again. It wasn't really something I cherish as a memory, you know? I'm not sure I understand the connection, by choosing sexual purity I'm somehow less aware of the fact that sexual assault can happen? Or by telling other people that sex is special and important and SHOULD be limited to certain situationd and times I'm ignorant to sexual predators? Are you kidding? If our society viewed sex as something appropriate only in certain situations then maybe I wouldn't have been assaulted. And maybe 9 year old girls wouldn't be kidnapped by the hundreds in Nepal and sold into sexual slavery to sate the disgusting appetites of chauvanistic pigs. The only reasons these terrible things happen is because we ALLOW them to as a society. We don't DARE tell people in what context sex is right because it's a "personal decision." (BS.) When really, sex is not only about you, yourself, and you, the way sex is treated and the way people think about it GREATLY effects the global community.
