    Iraq like Vietnam has been run by baffoons from the begining.. until the politicans actually have to send their own children to war first... and then they also have to fight in the war they create will this country again be "by the people, for the people" instead of large corporations making billions of dollars at the expense of innocent american lifes trown away for no GOOD REASON<><<<<<

    Point of interest on Vietnam...the French escalated their interests in there as a direct result of reparations money given to them by the US in the aftermath of WWII. Interesting to see the genesis of some of these fiascos. When you look a US -Vietnam strategy, you can see we made the same tactical and strategic mistakes of the French. Dave Hackworth was very descriptive of these errors in his book, "About Face". During his lifetime, he was the most decorated living soldier.
