Comment: I don't for one minute believe that when Obama talks about Black, Hispanics, Whites, and other ehnic groups that there is any revelance to racism. AS A CANDIDATE FOR THE HIGHEST OFFICE IN THE LAND, he is just reminding us that we are all in this together. Secondly Bill Clinton alluded to dejuristic racial remarks by stating that Obama can't win. He has made that statement on several occassions. Some
americans including white americans view that as a racist statement. The media exploits the race card as
so do many others. We truly need to get behind these issues and work together to save our country. For the past seven months since the Reverend Wright story broke, that is all we seem to stress or hear. Need I remind you that when the Reverend Hagee made comments about catholics,John Mc Cain was questioned about his association with the reverend, he responded he has no control of what his pastor talks about. In addition he went on to mention that he really was not going to continue entertaining the subject. as far as I can recollect I have not heard much said about Mr. Hagee and Mc Cain since the Republican candidate's remarks. Maybe I'm missing something. as a working american citizen I strongly believe that the comments by both Mr. Wright and Mr. Hagee should not out weigh the real issues facing this country. We need to open our eyes and urge these candidates to get busy finding solutions to things like global warming, the economy, homelessness, jobs and last but not least the education system and our children of all persuasions. I have not heard any candidate say during this entire campaign ,"that it's not about beating this candidate or that one, it's about making government realize that we have some serious problems that need addressing and fixing".Let' keep it real. Comment: There is only one candidate, who has been playing the race card from the start, and it wasn't Hillary, there is not one racist bone in her body, she has never addressed the American people by separating them by race she just calls them people but Obama has from day one opened that door in his speeches by mentioning Black, Latin, Chinese, etc. it seems like this is an issue for him. In my opinion the media has been running this race from the start, (because they are all republicans) and not the candidates with unfair tactics to brainwash the American people by beating Hillary down at every turn even when she has explained her plans for the White House they make it a point to ignore these facts in hopes that we don???t notice. I have yet to hear explicit detailed plans from Obama I only hear how inspirational he will be. The media picks and chooses how they want us to see how this race is heading only to sway the vote and outcome. The manipulation is so apparent but how many really see what is really going on? Clinton has proved that she is the stronger and knowledgeable candidate to run up against McCain by stating her plans for the American people who is her first and foremost concern, by cleaning up the mess in the White House. Obama speaks about inspiration, hope, and change but I have yet to really hear his plans and strategy or even facts about any issues in a detailed manner. Lately, he even has his wife speak for him, and that is not my idea of a strong Presidential Candidate.

Comment: The media has been downplaying everything negative that has come forth in regards to Obama???s relationship with (Rev. Wright) let???s face it anyone who has been as close to this man for twenty years has got to be a believer and follower of this man???s beliefs and is clearly a racist. Obama even went as far as stating that his Grandmother acted like a ???typical white person??? with this remark I find that to be racist because if a white person had said this same phrase a person acted like a ???typical black person??? they would have been attacked, slaughtered and called a racist! Double standards are my view on the matter. It has been clearly noted that Obama wrote a book about his black father even though he abandoned him at six years old, and completely has no regard for his white mother and grandparents who raised him and gave him the life he lives today because they are white, how sick that? The American people aren???t as dumb as the Republicans and media would like to think, because they do see through all the smoke and B.S. what is really going on. That is why this is such a TIGHT race and so many are voting for Hillary, this is not a slam dunk for Obama as they would like you to believe, due to the fact they are basing his so called win on how many delegates and super delegates to create the illusion that he has the vote. That is also why they are not including Florida and Michigan to count basically they are cheating like the last time when Bush was running. The State should be penalized for that error not the Florida and Michigan people who deserve to be heard. Hillary has given Obama a run for your money and now the boys club (super delegates, politicians, republicans and the media) is now shutting her out and forcing the decision before the June election the reason being in reality they don???t want a woman to win (gender discrimination). Let???s face it Obama in their eyes is just going to be a sacrificial lamb who will be defeated by McCain and the Republicans and media know it. Think about it. All in all my vote and the vote of my family will be for HILLARY who has proven her dedication to this country she is our Elizabeth R. who changed the course of time for the better of the people.

I wish more Superdelegates would have the same courage, thus putting this historical campaign back on track and diminishing risks of non-issues de-railing it and political pandering creating false images.

Comment: Why is only Obama's patriotism questioned based on not wearing a flag pin? Hilliary NEVER wears on and McCain is frequently without one. If this symbol announces patriomism, shouldn't all presidential candidates be expected to meet the same criteria? In fact perhaps ALL Americans should be judged on this on symbol.
Let's look at the issues that really matter to American voters and measure all three candidates by their positions.

Comment: It is not that race matters. It is about the false perception that Obama has given to the American people. He continues to say one thing and does another. He wants to be held to a different standard than Senator Clinton and the media has gone along with it. The media has shoved this man down my throat and made as though I should vote for him. I am a black woman and I do not believe in him.

A good speech does not take away the lies that he has made. A speech does not take away the racism that he has brought into his campaign. A speech does not take away the racist associate that he chosen to align himself with. A speech does not take away the wrong that he has done to Senator Clinton, by twisting her words and so forth. A speech does not take away 20 years of a relationship he has with this man. A speech does not take away the pain he has caused. A speech does not give him the Presidency to invite people over to the White House that ignites racism. A speech does not give him that right to inflict the pain he has caused Geraldine Ferraro.

Black people would not tolerate a KKK into the white house. Therefore, Obama state he will continue his relationship with his pastor (Wright), even though this man is not related, so I say, why the American people should give the opportunity to Obama to potential invite his pastor to the White House. Obama is not sorry enough to cut his relationship with his pastor and his church; therefore, I say drop-out.

This is more than about race. This is also about Obama lying to the American people. This is about not having double standards. This is about him learning from his own mistake and igniting race into this primary election. This is about Obama making the Clintons to be awful people when they have served the public for decades. This is about the unjust they have done to them. This is about making people feel as though you cannot mention race because if you do, the Obama camp will cry foul. This is about the position they (Obama) would take if the shoe was on the other foot. This is about Obama pretending to be something that he was not, and making fools and insulting people intelligence. This is about Obama not able to make a decision and judgments. This is about Obama involved with individuals that is not good for our society. This is about Obama involved in relationship that prosper race.

At this moment he wants to tackle race relations and give me a speech as though he is the victim. He wants to give me a speech as though he is my savior to be all and end all racism, when he is in the midst of individuals that are racist and heartless. Please, give me a break, how dare you insult my intelligence to save your self. Remember this I am a black woman and I am highly offended. I say step down and drop-out of the race because I do not need a man like you representing my Country.

not o vote for the war was to aid and abet the enemy. what obama did was bordering on treason not to cometo the support of your country.

Comment: I think that the reason Hillary was alway asked to speak first at the debated was because that was just a small way the news media could give him a little extra push. He always got to hear what Hillary said and then he would say almost the exact same thing. I watched this happen over and over. How stupid are the people who keep watching these debates.?? I think that obama has achieved this lead that he has because the media and Bill and Hillary and everybody else is afraid of him. He is black, and nobody wants to take a chance of insulting or degrading a black man!! Heaven Forbid!!! I have watched the media and Hillary skim right over things he has done out on the trail , things that they (the media) have jumped up and down over Hillary doing. Does anyone care if the white woman (WOMAN) is slandered or has her womanhood feelings hurt by there rude comments??? Well , the answer has repeatedly been NO. But they certainly must protect obama................Hillary is the woman who went out and worked with Martin Luther King, Jr. so that Mr obamb could be a free man in this country. It hurts me to see him put the woman down wo went out and work to hold him up!

Comment: I can't help but think that abama just soaks up information from Hillary. She does have to answer questiiona first most of the time and obama will say almost exactly what she says when it is his turn to speak. He has done this for a long time. I have watched it repeatedly thru the debates. I also think he has gotten so far ahead in this election because every one is afraid of offending the black man. Oh he say's don't play the race card, but he has played it from the very first time he opened his mouth. Why wasn't the press so afraid of offending Hillary on saying things about her gender as they were on saying thing about poor obama;s being a black man???

Any initiative or legislation is subject to the following deliberations; [1] How acceptable is it to our special-intrest constituents (who override the electorates) ? and [2] How will this effect our showtime image? Everything which has been pushed down our throats thus far---with much more to come with these status qo policy warmongering makers---is all but in the intrest of the American people. Those almost four-thousand young men who have died in Iraq, for example, have grievingly done so at the whims of those who serve alien ideologies with foreign political agendas. The old Sacrifice Fly, and our youg men are at the bat. But what can we say, Americans when you can't speak about the unspeakable. Just keep on saying, "Their out there dying for America yall".

There is no other chance left by the PPPP, PML (N) and Asfand Khan,s Awamy party and Musharraf to work together for the solution of country???s problems mainly comprising of security, peace and welfare of the people and delivery of justice.

The emerging two biggest parties have been in power in the past twice but were dismissed on financial charges and after their dismissal there was no strong public resentment. This time they have polled the vote of the general resentment against 8 years rule of bad governance of Msharraf and sympathy of deaths and boycott of others.

Comment: With reference to??? We Will Work Together??? By Ron Moreau and Zahid Hussain

In 1970 under the similar circumstances General Agha Muhammad Yahya Khan (later declared usurper) conducted fairer election then the present election of 2008 because he did not has his own political party in the field but at the end he started post poll rigging and deprive the elected representatives to rule the country, with the result Pakistan lost its largest part East Pakistan now Bangladesh).

Comment: Mr Zakaria has ritten very good article where by he has remembered President Bush to abide by his own commitments about democracy. Only democratic forces can bring peace in the region musharraf has totally failed to contol terrorism rather during his period it has increased many folds. Now Musharraf is a dead horse he can deliver neither any good to Pakistan or America. If Musharraf is promoted any further it would be deemed by the people of Pakistan a post election rigging.

Comment: To look at what is happening today just look into the past history. We will always be fighting evil. History tells the truth. One does not need to listen to the news or watch television our history books will reveal the truth that will set us free. So turn off the tv and the news and read and then one will know what is facing America today. Read the constitution it is the citizens law. Our fore fathers fought for it. Thomas Paine An army of principles can penetrate where an army of soldiers cannot.
And then as an American citizen given to us by the constituton you will know the truth. Read the constitution.

Comment: The ego that causes men to believe that they are smarter, is the same ego that perpetuates the fallacy that women aren't. If a woman does have an inferiority complex, then I'm certain that it was brought on by a man. For example, the jealous husband who constantly belittles his wife because he doesn???t want her to believe that she is smart enough to outwit or replace him. Or the boss who, by nature of being male, tends to get higher level jobs with less education and skills than his female counterpart, develops the need to suppress his female subordinate for fear that she will show him up. Women learned a long time ago that it is far more dangerous to a woman's physical, emotional, and professional well being to confront the male ego on such matters than it is to play dumb! I guess we have been doing it so long that we have convinced ourselves.

voting erroneously on two bills involving financial policy. Mr Edwards said that he was sorry about his vote and would try to make it right....
Mrs Clinton said that although her vote was wrong, she was relieved that the bills had not become law...Wheww! Mrs Clinton and Mr Edwards are quick snappy responders to debate questions.
The moderators loved them, and seemed to miss the point that Clinton and Edwards voted wrong
    more often than Mr Obama.
Mr Obama, more thoughtful and deliberate than his opponents said that he voted against the bills because
they did not serve the best interests of the American people. That decision indicates that he at least read about what he was voting on..

Comment: Mariepower, et al ~ What's all the stuff about religion? Why doesn't Huckabee talk truthfully about religion in America as did Romney? Huckabee's religion, whatever it is, does not agree with Romney's discussion of his beliefs about religion in America. For all practical purposes, Huckabee has no "religion". I live in the Bible Belt. I've discussed this with MANY Southern Baptists. Any church you choose to attend, something different will be taught. If someone doesn't like what one minister is teaching, just change churches and preachers. There's no agreement on much of anything. I've asked Southern Baptist preachers poignant questions such as, "Tell me, what is 'God', describe "God". They can't. "It" is some kind of mysterious power that we just don't understand. That's pretty strange. The Bible continuously personifies God by using the terms "He", "Him", "We", or "their image". It doesn't take a Ph.D. to figure it out. I guess a person can either think for her/himself or whatever.

But what does all this have to do with the skills needed to help dig our nation out? Absolutely nothing. We need to get serious! I believe Mr. Romney not only has the skills, but the patriotism and personal commitment to take a serious stab at it. Of all candidates in both parties, he's at the top!

In the end, it all boils down to, 'Whose country is sitting on our strateigic special intrests, and how can we excise it while we believe have the God's mandate to do it? What the heey, let the future generations deal with the mess, we won't be here'.

Comment: Much as I duskuje Senatir Clinton and some of her campaign tactics, I do not blieve that she intended in any way to disparage the work of Dr. King or to imply that President John was a more important person in bringing about a more just society. I believe that her intent was to return the debate between herself and Senator Obama to the question of electability. Dr. King did heroic work for all Americans during the 1960s. But it is a fact that, had Barry Goldwater (who believed the civil rights act to be unconstituional) had been President instead of Lyndon Johnson, the struggle for even the first steps toward justice would have been longer and harder. I think this is what Senator Clinton meant. It was what she should have said in the first place.

Tell them what group think thinks is best for them..She rides the coat tails of her husbands achievements and popularity but that only goes so far.. Her pro war stance and comments indicate an establisment mentality.. Her husbands comments that the war was not over oil is another sign of how far the Clintons have gone of track.

Her comments show a serious disconect from the mood of the country.. She has become part of the institutions that need to be changed.

No matter what she says she can not hide the fact that she supports the interests that are parts of problems that people want changed. Bill statement that the war was not over oil, her being in favor of the war in the first place and numerous other Clinton comments clearly show a person who has lost touch with the mood of the nation. People want change and she dose not project herself as an agent of change. She is an esatblishment figure and the people are tired of the establishment and want that changed. The institutions are sick. We need ideas and new visions and the Clintons has become part of the rulling class that needs to be reigned in..

This is about Obama being able to make a decision and judgments.

So Milt Ronmney would be the best choice for the Republican Party to win the 2008 USA Presidency. The other Republican candidates are just too ugly, and old, to be considered an American President. Both Senator Barrack Obama or Senator Hillary Clinton has sex appeal and a strong intellect, and therefore would easily defeat any candiate except Milt Romney.
