Mr. Zakariah appears to be comfortable with a nuclear Iran and undoubtedly he reflects the real thinking of the Obama
Administration. This is as scary as hell. I never doubted that Obama would fold under the pressure despite his
assuring words. As usual, Obama, and his allies in the press, will say anything at any time or place. Israel is not under the same illusions as Zakariah. Even if it gets only partial results from a bombing the Israelis would take what they can get.
The alternative of a nuclear armed Iran is too horrible to contemplate despite Zakariah's fantasies. Iran has said
it will destroy Israel. Israel does not have the luxury of deciding whether this is an idle threat or whether it is for real.
If you were in their spot would you take the chance? If Iran got the bomb is there any doubt that they would
throw their weight around in a way that we have not yet seen. Is there any doubt that they would transfer the bomb
to their terrorist allies. Then what? It would open a pandora's box of unimaginable horror. Zakariah's assuring words
are misguided at a magnitude that is historic

I would like to ask Sam Harris how and when cognitive dissonance comes into play,if it does at all, and how he himself deals with the cognitive dissonance that must acconpany his obvious belief in the validity of the 9/11 Commission Report, which its authors admit was "Designed to Fail"?

No the bank gets enough money as it is, they can lower the fees. A lot of consumers right now are overdrafting because their going over their limit to pay for food and gas not clothes. There is no reason for the bank to charge anyone over 20 dollars for overdraft fees. And charging a person 6 times in a row within an hour now that???s robbery. But I guess that???s how this country was built. Maybe people should just close their accounts and buy a safe and hang onto their money I bet the banks would love that.

Banks make enough in fees without charging overdraft fees.....maybe a better way would be not to give money from the atm if there is not any in the account. Makes sense to me. Banks will not do that because it cuts their process

I am a tax payer who is tired of the waste that constantly befalls people like me at the hands of the people in Washington who we have elected to manage our tax dollars.
Labor statistics, another confused section of the government states that we continue to loose manufacturing and other positions at an alarming rate. Yet, the people who are responsible for these losses are continuing to take our tax dollars in the way of bonuses and other gratuities without sanction from the current Administration.
Families are drowning literally loosing ability to sustain a reasonable way to earn a living.
A solution, remember black Tuesday when the stock market tumbled? In theory, if every middle class American were to stay home on a managed well organized Tuesday without any type of pay from their employer, this government would loose substantial revenue; without dollars for their pockets and those they truly serve maybe their loyalty would divert back to those who have made thiscountry strong, the middle class.
The country is so divided it would be doubtful that a revolt of this nature would ever occur. Wake up Ameriica, our country is being sold and borrowed upon at an alarming rate, daily. The National Debt is so tremendous that those who hold the markers would take this country from within because those who have caused this mess work in Washington. Our elected officials are selling and borrowing against our way of life.
Lets take our country back by going on strike, wake up America and those who lead us to and through a path of ruin.
This is my country and yours, who are they who dare to ruin a country that has been bought and paid for by the sweat and blood of us the middle class.

Recently, the 24th Mrine Epeditionary Force began military operations in several small towns in Kentucky.
The paper in my area, stated that these operations were in efforts to prepare our troops for up coming operations abroad. The troops have set up road blocks, knocked on houses and have had their own dress up looking like joe civilian and terrorist.
This type of activity in my own backyard scares me to the point that it makes me leary of those who govern in Washington.
When i looked outside i did not see sand from the middle east. i saw what is left of my country that is being sold out from under me in the manner of taxation with out true representation.
Dont knock on my door i protect what i am entitled to and that is civil liberty.
Dont knock on my door i protect what i own.

Amen!! It's ironic....just today my 19 year old was commenting on the fact that he had seen "Obama"....note...not "President Obama"....on some late LATE night talk show. I think it was "Jose-someone-or-other"?? He looked at my with a rather distainful look and asked "what the 'heck' is he doing on shows like THAT? I think he's trying to a little to hard to be hip....maybe he should just try to be our president."

I don't know how to break this to you Mr. President....but yes...even our "mindless" teenagers are looking for a little something called SUBSTANCE! They join the swelling ranks of "the rest of America"!

The posture and body language of Mr. Obama speaks louder than his empty words - there has never been any substance in his speeches.

I wrote a comment but after reading "Military Mom's" comment...I'd just like to say "DITTO"...I couldn't have said it better myself.

I was just thinking, why is President Obama on Google and every other news media source on the planet? I understand his presidency is historic but we do we really need to see him every single day of his presidency?

Who IS this guy? I thought Bill Clinton was a LIAR? This America Hating, White Hating, Jew Hating President, sat right there on ABC, and told George Stephanopolous that he "Really hadn't been paying attention" to the whole ACORN thing. But he has THEIR GUY in his White House? He TAUGHT ACORN. He DEFENDED THEM in Court. These are his FREAKIN PEEPS! This guy wants to BRING THIS COUNTRY DOWN. Can't anybody see this? He embraces our ENEMIES, and gives our ALLIES the back of his hand. Khadafi wants him to stay President "forever". Of course he does. He IS Khadafi. He IS Mugabe. He's Chavez, and Castro, and Morales, and Zelaya. ESPESCIALLY Zeleya. He cuts the legs out from under the POLES and the CZECHS, to PLEASE the RUSSIANS, The same Russians who INVADED Georgia, a little while back. He BOWS to the SAUDI KING, while Kicking ISRAEL in her teeth. And he will let our troops be killed to the LAST MAN, before he'll lift a finger to get them what they NEED TO WIN, to please his Brownshirt Far Left Base. I've said it before. And I'll say it again. I can't IMAGINE him serving out the full 4 years. No way. I'm thinking....Musolini. There are just too many people out there who LOVE THIS COUNTRY with every fiber of their being. And they see a man who HATES THIS COUNTRY, and wants to TEAR IT DOWN. Do the Math.

It is true...when the libs loose the argement, which is often of late.....they always, always, always hit the old tested "racist" line. Sadely, it is they who dwell in that sewer....they only see sex prefference and color, period. Content of character just gets in the way of there arguments. It does get tedious, but amusing to watch.

I am a registered democrat who refused to vote in the last presidential election, because I knew the nominee was a joke. Americans did exactly what they did with Dubya, they voted with their hearts, instead of their heads. This guy does not have a clue what he is doing, and he and his wife parade around like celebrities, instead of The President and First Lady of the United States. I suppose Oprah bears some of the blame of this fiasco. THe sad thing is, no matter how badly this all turns out, it will not affect her bottom line, (no pun intended) or her health insurance.

The America that needs healing is the compulsive spending habits of its government officials and bureaucrats. The America that needs a morality check is a government that allows 50-percent of its working citizen???s to pick-up the entire income-tax bill.

What Canadians (all 33-million of them) need to know is that 38-percent of U.S. discretionary spending goes to defense, and yet, our borders remain porous. The U.S. spends 26% of mandatory spending on welfare and Medicaid, and yet, still has people without healthcare.

So forgive us, dear Canada, if we do not share your enthusiasm for government-run healthcare. With a population of 307,000 million people, the only upside we can envision is a new bulging bureaucracy, off-the-charts spending, and sky-rocketing fraud.

Perhaps it is not the American people who need to get their moral house in order, but their government. Indeed, the government???s spending says a lot about what it truly values???armor, ammo, and waste.
