Why not have healthcare for illegals be paid for by the churches and foundations that provide them the other services that enable them to settle in our country so easily. No federal money. The states can decide individually if they want to pay or not. Once they get their paperwork in order and pay taxes, they can enjoy the benefits of citizenship. Be aware, a number of illegals pay taxes and into Social Security, but receive no benefits as they are here illigally. This bring Billions into our treasury that doesn't have to be paid out. I can not understand your magazine anymore, all the abreviations that make no sense to me, the narcisscism in your headings and in your articles shock me. I guess I am too old to read you anymore. I certainly will not renew my subscription. Are youg people buying your magazines? My college age grandchildren say that reading magaazines is for my generation! What is all the overblown huppla regarding the stupid and rediculous comment made by the Congressman during the President's less than informative speach. Where was all the Newsweek uproar when former President Bush was called, unjustifiably I might add a "lier" on the floor of that same Congress. Or when Speachless Pelosi stated the the CIA lied. She was never taken to task and has yet to prove her ridiculous statement. Come on get off this left wing circus and give the public what it needs--FAIR AND BALANCED REPORTING without an agenda and let the American public sort out where they agree or disagree.
